Many times in the past when I went into a car dealership, the sales person Jason was very sincere in his desire to help me find the car that I needed. Many times in the past when I went into a car dealership, the sales person did not direct his comments to me or really listen to my question and concerns. This was my first experience purchasing a car without my husband; I expected to be given little attention. Jason talked to me, not to my son who accompanied me. He explained clearly what the 2018 CRV had to offer. After I took the car home, I couldn’t get my phone to connect. I went back to the dealership.
