Working with John was great, he was very friendly and provided great assistance. Overall experience a 4 because it took 2 hours to purchase this used car, we had put money down on the car early and so t provided great assistance. It was SUPER busy last Saturday afternoon when we arrived. Everyone was working with customers and we had worked with Todd before when my sister bought her car.
