Our overall experience was good. We felt we were treated fairly and considerate. Justin tried hard to get us a fair price. We are not millionairs so every dollar helps us. We live over an hour away so it is not convenient for us but if we are treated well, the drive would be worth it. But we actually found a dealership that cares about the customer – a Ford dealership in the small town of Zumbrota, Minnesota. And we want to share our experience. We recently were in the market to purchase a new or newly-used 7-8 passenger vehicle for our large family. Our situation was a bit compromised with an imperfect credit score and involved our need to trade in a newer vehicle that required some extensive engine repair. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant commitment and our family operates under a stringent and sound budget. We thoroughly planned, ran the numbers and had our expectations set high.
