Although there was a transition recently to Gregg Young, I still see there is a disconnect what the customer asks for and what is actually done. We took our vehicle in for an oil change and to look at the I still see there is a disconnect what the customer asks for and what is actually done. We took our vehicle in for an oil change and to look at the recall. Once completed we asked about recall we were told it was not done as this needed one hour. Initially we were told it would take 1/2 to look at and most likely more time to get it done we understood this. At the time of making the appointment, "and we spoke to an agent" we asked them to have someone please see us as I wanted to look at a new vehicle. Well this message never got across either. So we just sat in the waiting room to see if someone would ask. Nope! Not sure where the ball was dropped and I'll explain why this ruffled my feathers abit. I have stage 4 cancer and it is difficult for me to get out to get things done. So end of the day, we got an oil change. When we checked out I asked what happened about the recall and got excuses. Sorry, I really don't like excuses I like results. Get it together guys. Reason for visit: 1 Oil Change 2. Recall review 3. Discuss a new vehicle Overall, I know you have some fantastic people working there as we've dealt with some of them in the past. It's not really their fault but the way their processes were put together. Again, great people working for you. More

Need to bring down cost and was given an appointment then it was changed. Also the cost of a oil change has really gone up , also when you say a price that should be how much it is I was told 69.99 for oil c it was changed.
