I purchased a Used 2018 Jeep Wrangler that they had on their lot, Leo the sales person lied to me on what he would get back for me. The entire department there never returns phone calls. Also, when I purchased the Jeep, I almost had an accident, they never fixed the issue w/the Jeep when it was sold to them. The Power steering turned off while I was driving on the highway, all the lights on the Dash board came on, I returned the Jeep with in the 30 days so they can fix the issue, but they never did. Also, the Right passenger power mirror did not work, they claimed they purchased a new motor, but that was not the case. It is still broken. Audi dealership in Hawthorne, NY is a a crappy company, that does not honor their customers. They rip them off for the little money that's owed to the customer. I wanted to transfer my Veteran CT plates to the Jeep and they shook me down for $495 for tag registration in CT, The tags cost $132 to transfer, they were supposed to refund me $371, what they gave me was $68. Not a friendly dealership, no return calls, no consistency! If I can give them zero stars I would. More

Tom settle for an awesome price that I was comfortable with. Ricardo the finance person made the process easy by explaining every document that I signed. I leased a 2025 SQ5 Sportback from this dealership in April of 2025 and NEVER in my life have I EVER experienced such poor customer service. This being my 9th Audi, it wasn't my 1st rodeo and was an easy April of 2025 and NEVER in my life have I EVER experienced such poor customer service. This being my 9th Audi, it wasn't my 1st rodeo and was an easy sale.. I followed my salesman from 2 prior Audi's to this trainwreck of a joint because the price was right... Living in NJ the car was to be delivered (not uncommon) on a specific date and time which of course had to be rescheduled because of disorganization. On the confirmed delivery day, my car finally arrived late because the "valet person" put the wrong address in the navigation and ended up in an undesirable neighborhood 40 minutes away from my home resulting in an odometer reading of 150 miles when it arrived in my driveway. The "valet person" was accompanied by a female who left long black hair scattered on the passenger seat and console as well as greasy fingerprints all over the MMI screen. After signing the few documents and handing over a check I immediately went to the car wash and had a brand new expensive car thoroughly sterilized. About a week later I received a phone call from my salesman stating the finance person/dept "thinks they shredded/lost my check" and would I mind paying with a credit card...I of course put a stop payment on my "missing" check and conveniently there was no mention of reimbursement for the stop payment fee charged by my bank. Fast forward to day 48, the salesman left the dealership, I've called countless times trying to reach someone with no luck & recently called Audi Corporate Offices and filed a complaint because my temporary plates are expired and my permanent plates are in space! I'm paying for a car that I'm not driving in fear of getting stopped for expired documentation. The original complaint has now been escalated to the Regional Complaint Division because it was ignored... How is this place in business??? Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY from Audi Hawthorne !!! More

Visited Audi Hawthorne about a month ago for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. Also a big shout out to Ricky who I dealt with all payments. He was very professional and very patient in dealing with me and my credit union. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2021 Audi A4 and I could not be happier with everyone at this dealership. Thanks for an amazing experience Carmelo , Ricky and Aniello. But especially Carmelo he really deserves recognition. He is truly passionate about his job and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves after corporate reads this review. I am 110% satisfied that I happened to stumble into Audi Hawthorne. The entire team took the stress and headaches out of car shopping. More

Only dealership that tried to charge a 25K markup over MSRP on a premium model. Went to two other places, charged a more reasonable 10K. Probably just an inexperienced sales kid, but beware. Never lease or buy a car from this dealership. Avoid at all costs. I leased a 2021 A4 from them and it has been nothing but problems from the moment I drove the car off the lot. I’ve had to take the car in for service of electronic and mechanical issues a half dozen time in 2 years. They have zero loaner cars available. The service department is quite possibly the worst service department of any dealership in westchester. They replaced a taillight on my brand new car because of electrical issues and left the interior panel off the car which allowed water in and fried the wiring. This meant my car had to be in their shop for over a week waiting for replacement parts for an issue or entirely their doing. Everyone at the dealership from the general manager down to the service reps are rude, inconsiderate and downright awful at their jobs. I could not caution against using this dealership anymore strongly. Beware! More

After driving over 2 hours it was nice to arrive and have the vehicle I came to see clean and out front. Marty in sales got the process going as far as pricing and taking the SQ5 for a test drive. Tracey helped out when it came to a fair value on my trade and a good price on the car I was hoping to purchase. Then Jason helped to wrap things up by securing financing and completing paperwork. Chris showed me around my new SQ5 and all its technology and features. I was able to take my new SQ5 home the same day which was essential to me and they accommodated without being pushy or adding any pressure. They did not take advantage of my lack of available time to shop and negotiate. I got a good price to begin with, even in these crazy times we are in now.
