Genuinely atrocious experience with the service department here. I’d been taking my VW Golf to Maguire for service for about 2.5 years, appointment lead times are long (3-4 weeks), parts waiting ti department here. Recently I fought with them for 5 months to get a headlight replaced and after they did, it was grossly misaligned. When returning, they refused to fix it. When going to another dealership over an hour away, I was informed that the headlight was improperly installed to the point they were unwilling to work on the vehicle. Absolute nightmare. Do not buy or service a car at Maguire Import Cars, or any Maguire dealership. More

Online order, flawless execution no games and nonsense! Michael and Clayton were quick to respond, the deal was EXACTLY what was agreed to with no nonsense. Clayton got the doc's out perfectly to me with the fedex and return fedex flawlessly executed. I can't stress this enough, the execution is flawless. Clayton even found me the shipper! I wish I lived in Ithica to use the service department (by the way we have 4 Toyota's in the family now) this was the best transaction. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done. More
