If I could give zero stars, I would. About 11 months ago I came to Best Ford in tears because the car I was driving was no longer safe, especially with young children. I explained tha About 11 months ago I came to Best Ford in tears because the car I was driving was no longer safe, especially with young children. I explained that I was a mom and needed a reliable vehicle to safely get my kids to school and activities. I spent hours at the dealership while the terms of the sale were changed multiple times before I finally left with a 2020 Kia Soul that I trusted would be dependable. Now, less than a year later, the engine has completely failed. I am once again left without a safe vehicle and unable to even drive my children to and from school. When a family puts their trust in a dealership during a stressful situation, they expect to be treated fairly and sold a vehicle that will last longer than 11 months. I am asking Best Ford to step up and help make this situation right. Selling a vehicle that experiences catastrophic engine failure in under a year has left my family in an incredibly difficult position. I hope the dealership will do the right thing and help resolve this issue. More

Salesperson was very nice and helpful. Finance person was very pushy trying to sell me the extended waranty and other useless stuff. Told him several times no but he kept asking through the whole process...very bad experience! They could not figure out how to apply the military discount so I didn't get the credit. I had to contact the Ford Military Appreciation line myself and resolve the issue after the sale was over. Now waiting to get check in the mail...hopefully. The whole experience took over 5 hours!
