I purchased a van at this location and my salesman, Taylor Bennett was great, honest, informative, and very helpful. I would buy a vehicle off Taylor Bennett again anytime! The loan officer Mike Reese is a major problem at this location, he was told to get my loan from ESL credit union, because I do all my banking with them and knew I would be approved. I paid for most of the vehicle in cash and only wanted to get a small loan to keep my good credit score active. The loan was for only $8000.00. Mike Reese went ahead and requested a loan with FOUR different loan companies. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER, CANANDAIGUA NATIONAL, ESL FEDERAL CREDIT and ALLY FINANCIAL. BOB JOHNSON CHRYSLER did not approve the loan on the grounds that they do not give loans on the type of vehicle that I was purchasing! Obviously, Mike Reese does not know how to do his job, and doesn’t care what effect his actions have on potential buyers! When I asked why did he run four loan requests. I was told only one would be a hard inquiry and the other three would be soft and not have any effect on my credit score. This was a lie and his actions resulted in four hard inquiries and lowered my score a lot. And then to make matters even worst he placed my loan with ALLY FINANCIAL, which had the highest interest rate of all the other loan companies. That was a total misuse of my trust and shows NO appreciation for customer purchases. So, it is obvious that he is NOT an honest person and does not care about a buyer’s finances. If you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership you will want to obtain your own loan and NOT trust that Mike Reese would be a help to you or your family’s needs. Other than that, sales and service dept were great! More
My car needed 4 all season tires with rims taken off and 4 new snow tires all ready on rims put on. I was quoted $16.88 for this. Then it was $32. No big deal. Then my car was unsafe and needed new posts. W 4 new snow tires all ready on rims put on. I was quoted $16.88 for this. Then it was $32. No big deal. Then my car was unsafe and needed new posts. When I mentioned these would be covered under Honda warranty suddenly the car was maybe ok? Best part? I had an appointment at 1030. At noon the car was not done but they tech needed lunch. Oookkkk...then my lug nuts which were signed for by an employee were just .... gone. I must have been mistaken and tire rack must be mistaken. This place is not to be trusted. Then Dick Clark couldn't be bothered to wait and figure out the lug nut issue bc he needed his lunch. Do not take your car here. More
Go somewhere else. After at least 17yrs of loyalty, they don't even call you back when you're lease is up and you're willing to get a new lease with them. It was over After at least 17yrs of loyalty, they don't even call you back when you're lease is up and you're willing to get a new lease with them. It was over a week and the last reply was "oh, yeah. Someone is working on that ." We went to West Herr New York and they called back within 20min! After going to West Herr we found out Ford avon doesn't even know the ins and outs of the Ford app! Ps. I selected f-150 because ranger wasn't an option. Besides, that's what we got at West Herr More

Two weeks later after me calling twice and getting voice mail both times finally called me back and says I told you to call business manager. I was told I had a warranty for my lease that I would have five things under $1000 that I wouldn't have to fix, like putting new tires on, when returning the lease. I got a bill for over $700 for tires and can't find out why they weren't covered by warranty. I got a $426 bill for disposition fee after returning lease because I had to lease or purchase a new car. I didn't know it had to be a new vehicle. In the financial office I said my loan has to go through gmfinancial for me not to have to pay the disposition fee and he said yes. He had the paperwork for the car I was buying and didn't say that I needed to buy a new car. More
Not a great experience! Car was filthy and someone from the dealership was driving it with their personal belongings in it. The mileage didn’t match the dealer ad. Never responded. Probably posted a car they never had. Will stop using cars.com if you cannot filter out these spammers. Probably posted a car they never had. Will stop using cars.com if you cannot filter out these spammers. More
Worst dealership experience in 40 years. Unsafe environment, health-wise, and arrogant about it. Glacially slow and associates pass you off from one to another. Ancient computer technology and loan environment, health-wise, and arrogant about it. Glacially slow and associates pass you off from one to another. Ancient computer technology and loan processing. The truck I wanted had 800 miles, was driven by a manager, and was a pigsty. I didn't know a modern dealership could be this bad, given the competition. More
I took my car to them back in April with 2 Ford recalls. In July I called to check the status of said refund as Ford says refunds typically take 4-8 weeks. I left them with my original receipts (required for a refund) for the repairs and also the recall notices. Im told they never submitted the request for the refund and also no longer have the original receipts. They told me to email copies of my receipts on July 14 that it wouldn’t be an issue and they’d submit it. It’s now November 9th. Ford has no knowledge of the refund request. No one is ever available to speak to at the dealership regarding the status of the refund. I’ve been calling them since September to try to get an update on it. This is incredibly poor costumer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership for recall/warranty issues. More
