Best experience I’ve had with a dealership. Far better than traditional ones where everyone’s trying to get a sale. This was our first time using Carmax. Overall, we were very happy with our experience. The only negative we had, was the cleanliness of the truck. My experience with the buying process was good, quick and easy. However the problem is with the vehicle that I was sold. The vehicle when I test drove it. This is the second vehicle I have bought from CarMax in a year and the exact some thing happened to my last vehicle. Less than a month after I buy the thing both batteries did and need to be replaced for a little over $400. So obviously there was a preexisting issue when they sold the car and even the least possible inspection would find that the batteries were no good but your team still sold me the vehicle. So need less to say this will be the last vehicle I purchase with CarMax. More
