Honestly, I have purchased my last five vehicles from Carmax. I’ve sold the last five also I’ve had everything from a Volvo to a BMW to a Porsche, Yukon and now my current car is a Mercedes-Benz. The process is easy and even when you have a little hiccups, you can call customer service to speak with a manager, and it’s no problem. I prefer to do everything online and the phone submit my documents online and just show up at the location and pick up my car. It’s really the easiest. you don’t have to worry about anyone trying to talk you into anything because Carmax doesn’t work like a regular dealership. so I always recommend them. I haven’t bought a car from a dealership or anywhere else in years and I really don’t plan on it. Keep up the good work, Carmax. More

Actually I was sold an vehicle that the left rear brake light and the above the brake light didn't work only because I stood up against some of their employee's that were lying to me. The sales lady probably was hoping I won't notice and my 30 day warranty would run out. She also was hoping I would get a traffic ticket. Anyway my own mechanic just within days of my purchase date discovered the electrical problems. I even brought with me to CarMax to show to Curt his written description of the work he discovered needed to be done on my truck. I arranged a service visit with car Max in Jackson, MS and their branch manager took care of these minor electric issues as their service department had me on the road within approximately two hours. More

I went to Carmax looking for a car and when I got there it had already sold. It was a rainy Friday and Eddie greeted my husband and I and showed us comparable cars and we were out in less than 2 hours with it had already sold.
