This is the third car we have purchased through CarMax in Norman. We only use CarMax for used cars now and find it to be an easy process, reasonable fees and no pressure to purchase "add-ons". I love that you can see what cars are available all over the country and have it shipped to your local CarMax. I also appreciate that you aren't obligated to purchase the car, even if it was shipped a thousand miles. The employees do their part to be efficient and even put a bow on our son's "new" car, despite frigid temperatures and a fierce north wind. Thank you! More
