We tore a front brake line on our 2026 Chevrolet ZR2 while hunting on the Roan Cliffs. After riding our 4-wheeler down the JQS road Sam was kind enough to come pick us up and help get the parts we neede while hunting on the Roan Cliffs. After riding our 4-wheeler down the JQS road Sam was kind enough to come pick us up and help get the parts we needed for the repair ordered next day as no one in the valley had them in stock. They drove us back to our 4-wheeler and we did temporary repairs and made it to the dealership the next morning. They then gave us priority for service on a Saturday to bleed the brake system and clear the codes to get us back on the road. I can't thank them enough for all they did for us to get back running, especially on a Saturday. Thanks Guys!!! More

I would suggest driving hours away to have service done unless you want your oil to leak everywhere and you to be gaslit that there is a problem. And we had to come down and diagnose it for them. If I were Ford I would be embarrassed to have you as a franchisee, you make Ford look bad. If I could give this business a negative rating I would. They have had our two vehicles a total of 120+ days on one and 90+ days on another over last 10 months. Do not communicate, didn't do any safety recalls, failed to perform basic functions resulting in having to take the vehicles back. They are aggressive, rude and a joke of a dealership. Ford should really come take a look at the service side and be embarrassed. I am not the first one to complain about Paul Edwards, I was told my vehicle hasn't been at columbine even though Ford's own produced records from ford pass GPS say the opposite. We are planning on suing. Now they are threatening to have us come get the vehicles or charge us 60 a day, Ford told us to leave them there in writing. We haven't authorized a storage bill, they haven't done any testing. They have violated multiple provisions of Colorado vehicle repair act, warranty acts etc. More

I told the salesman over the phone I know the car dealer games and he promised they played it straight, but then tried to run that old con on me anyway. I wasted most of a day getting insulted.
