Mazda Customer Experience specifically directed me to work with service manager Wil Smith to coordinate a Mazda-initiated oil consumption test — a warranty matter. I left three separate voicemail messages on three different occasions. He never called back. Not once. This isn’t a minor inconvenience. A warranty process stalled entirely because a service manager couldn’t return a single call. Eventually, the dealership withdrew from the test altogether with no explanation. If you’re dealing with anything beyond a routine oil change — especially anything warranty-related — know that when it actually matters, this is what you can expect: silence. Mazda corporate confirmed the situation in writing, which tells you everything about how normalized this behavior is at this location. I don’t leave reviews lightly. The vehicle repair service as well as those that work in the service center are subpar at best . Training on how to treat customers with honesty and kindness would help all those in the service center . Our the service center are subpar at best . However we use D’ELLA GMC and have for years for our GMC’s the staff and service team and their work is outstanding ! More
Ken got me the exact new car I wanted, and he got it earlier than expected. He was very patient with all my concerns and questions as this was my first keyless entry/ignition car!! Everything was done in advance so the day I went in to pick up the car, I just had to sign a few documents and I was in the drivers seat, literally. We purchased a 2024 MAZDA 3 Hatchback Carbon Edition. I love it. We have owned 3 of the same model. 2010, 2017 (still own) and our present vehicle. We highly recommend D'Ella and Parker!! More
