Friendly service department. Service rep made sure I understood every part of the service process. She made sure my needs were addressed and taken care of. My initial impression was not great. I received a call from someone saying they were with Galleria Chevrolet, while I was out regarding my Tahoe needing an oil change. When I said I need I received a call from someone saying they were with Galleria Chevrolet, while I was out regarding my Tahoe needing an oil change. When I said I needed to check other places for coupon prices I was told a reduced price at Galleria Chevrolet and that I didn't need the coupon, they would have it. When I arrived at the service bay I was told that they would need the coupon. When I said I would leave then, I was told that a check with the service manager would be done for approval. Although this was worked out, I believe that some coordination between the phone sales people and the service department needs to be done. In addition, I believe the phone person quoted me a $79.95 dollar fee but the bill was for $89.95. Since I didn't have a any proof of the quote, I let it go. More
