From the very first moment, Nap made us feel very comfortable with the process. He was very attentive and patient, answering all my questions. Even when potential roadblocks tried to discourage me, Nap went the extra mile to remove them. After the purchase, Nap has contacted me by phone to answer additional questions. Due to my own busy schedule, I have returned twice for a follow up and Nap ensures that I am 100% satisfied with the service. Nap’s customer service has been top level, as well as the other staff that I have encountered during this process.
