I was looking for a new vehicle and decided to check out BMW's. I was introduced to Anthony Elliott, Client Advisor. Anthony did not try to sell me. Instead, he listened to what I was looking for, including which upgrades/features interested me. Anthony is very patient and is an exceptional advisor. He answered all of my questions, as well as my wife's. I went with the X3. When I picked up my new X3, Anthony showed me how to use all of the various features. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure we understood how to operate the vehicle. I highly recommend I.G. Burton and Anthony Elliott. More

Great Experience It was the end of the year and my car was 13 years old, showing its age...we stopped at i.g.Burton BMW on a whim to "look" at my dream car. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would actually drive away a week later in a gorgeous 2020 X5. The end of year/under construction deal met my husband's budget, our sales rep, Nate, located an X5 with all the features we wanted (and then some I didn't know a car could have) and away we went. Purchasing a new car was never easier, Nate walked us through every step, explained all the features, took us on numerous test drives, listened to my silly talk about how much I loved my old car, no pressure sales as the car sold itself. Now I wonder why I waited so long! I have never been so excited about running errands and we are planning road trips. Thank you Nate! More

Dont bother with trade in I did a Kelly blue book value on my car. Very nice person contacted me about selling my car outright. I respond that I not willing to sell my car for I did a Kelly blue book value on my car. Very nice person contacted me about selling my car outright. I respond that I not willing to sell my car for auction price. He says that the low figure and to bring the car in to check it out. I go there and they offer three hundred dollars over auction price. Even saying the car looks immaculate and garage kept. What an insult 7 other dealerships have the same car on their lot for five thousand dollars more. wasn't looking to get that just a reasonable price over auction price. I guess the bottom line is if you have a trade don't go here. More

As we were signing papers , they took our car to cleaning only to bring it back with damaged bumper Bought a BMW 5 series from I G Burton on 9/8 /18. As we were signing papers , they took our car to cleaning only to bring it back with damaged bumper. Their response was that it is not a big deal and they can paint it . I just paid $52000.00 for this and Manager Kurt don't understand why I wouldn't want it be paintef. They also lied to me that I couldn't get out of my loan because BMW wouldn't allow it , which is not true according to BMW. More

The manager couldn't even apologize he just kept making excuses even though I was standing in front of him.
