Battery trouble I took my car to Wilkins (always do) on 8/24/17. I had 30 point check, oil change, and more. On 8/28/17, My car (Buick Encore) wouldn't start - had it I took my car to Wilkins (always do) on 8/24/17. I had 30 point check, oil change, and more. On 8/28/17, My car (Buick Encore) wouldn't start - had it towed back to Wilkins. Battery was dead! I thought it strange as my car had just been checked. It cost me $400.00 for battery, installation, and towing. Was my battery checked on 8/24? I'm not sure. I got 2 different answers. Could someone help me find out? Susan More

Not a good experience Did not vacuum out the car. Wasn't given the detail I requested about the points in the inspection. I was told the information would be mailed to me. Did not vacuum out the car. I had to wait in my car for 10 minutes after it was finished because I was trapped between cars that they parked around me. Aggravating. Why did you try and charge me a diagnostic charge when all that was wrong my car was my rear view mirror came unglued. That makes no sense at all. And the you wanted to charge me a $136.00 just to reglue my mirror back to the windshield. I also waited over two hours and was going to leave out of frustration until someone there got involved to help me. An hour later the job was done and the cost was $65.00. My husband could have fixed my mirror for $10 except he is out of town. Can someone please explain? More

Horrible I had to bring my car there three times to get it repair on a recall.
