I had F&F GM discount and put a large chunk down and when I got to the finance manager she was adamant I needed gap ins. So I agreed only to find out later after some searching I didn't need it I owed less! Then one month later I get a call from the finance manager saying the system had a glitch and they didn't charge me sales tax and basically demanded I bring in $3400 right away no sorry or nothing! I finally got in contact with the GM who agreed this was a mess and absorbed a portion of the taxes. At this time I told him I would like to cancel the gap policy and he said he would handle it. A few months and a few emails go by with no response. I get a email a week ago saying they missed a few documents that needed signing this is now six months later! I signed the docs. And asked about my gap refund she gave this to another manager who called me then he didn't respond to emails. I finally got a call from another FM yesterday who new nothing and had to be brought up to date and is currently working on it and needs a doc. Signed But said it will take 4-6 weeks to Get it! Also I was inquiring about an item called Etch/theft deterrent which I assumed was vin# etching but my truck is not etched so why was I charged $250? No one could tell me! This was like the first time they have ever sold a vehicle! My tags expired and I had to wait weeks to get them due to IG dropping the ball on the taxes.. I have bought at least 20 vehicles over the years and this was by far the worst experience I have had and it's still going on six months later so be for warned if you buy from IG Burton in Glen Burnie this could happen to you! Horrible place. I requested an online quote because I wanted to make sure that the advertised price didn’t include anything I didn’t qualify for. I was told to get a price I had to be at the dealership which is very shady and shows that the advertised price most likely isn’t legit. Avoid this place plenty of other places willing to give pricing on car, trade and finance before even stepping foot in the dealership. Also the email telling me to get a price quote I needed to be in person wasn’t even signed so no clue who at the dealership that came from. Shop around and avoid this place. More

This dealership is trash. Mike King is arrogant and talks to you like you know nothing about cars and what they are worth. Kevin Colabucci finally called me and when I talked to him about the situation and the wrong bill of sale he said I wish you luck. He didn’t care one bit.
