Manufacturers customer incentives are not a dealership discount. They are the buyers from the manufacturer. Trade in value was underestimated by $2,000.00 and non negotiable. I haven't dealt with the service department and plan to never have to. I ended up buying at Carman Dodge and it was a great experience. It was a clean, easy negotiation and a fair price. Trade in was valued acceptably close to KBB recommendation and still $2,000 above what Newark offered. More

Newark Dodge was my first stop to buy a 2012 Ram 2500 with a Cummins diesel. A salesman that did not introduce himself, met me at the front door and asked what I was looking for. Furthermore, rather than bringing me inside and assisting me in locating the truck I wanted, he told me I want to drive all the way to Aberdeen because the might have one or two. I left there and went to Carman Dodge and that same day spec'ed out and ordered the exact truck I wanted. I would say don't shop at Newark Dodge, but they will send you away themselves. More

Have had several brake issues with my 2009 Dodge Journey. Had to take the vehicle back to Newark Chrysler Jeep to have brakes repaired twice within a 6-8 week timeframe. The first time, Newark advised they replaced the rotors and pads, when in fact, they only resurfaced the rotors. The second time, another technician advised he was surprised they did not replace the rotors. He said they would replace the rotors. My Journey has less than 18,000 miles on it. My spouse's Dodge Avenger also had brake issues and his brakes had to be repaired. They resurfaced his brakes, and not replaced them. I just took his car back for service as his car is making a funny noise in the front driver's area. It sounds like a thumping, loud flapping or banging noice on his 2008 Dodge Avenger. It only happens when applying the brakes. I called Newark Chrysler Jeep. They had us leave the car for two days due to a weekend. I called them on a Monday afternoon for a status update. They advised they had not been able to get to the car yet and was just getting to it at that point. Not 5 minutes past, and Jeremy called me back to tell me that the technician drove the car, did everything he could to get it to happen as I described but they could not find anything wrong. He told me that "this may be normal for these type of cars." I said, "WHAT?" I told him that I know exactly what we were hearing. He told me that we were in no danger and that we could come pick up the car. He said if it happens again, bring it back and/or he could have a technician ride with us to prove to us that they hear or find nothing. He was extremely rude and really talked down to me over the phone. I went and picked up the car, pulled off the lot (they were closing for the evening) and low and behold, the car began making that thumping, banging noise in the front area again. I give up! It is apparent they did nothing. I think they are waiting for the warranty to run out so that they make money off of the deal. Yep, I think the service department at Newark Chrysler is sneaky, sly, and does not know what the xxxx they are doing; with the exception of trying to take advantage of female clients and almost expired warranties so they can screw their clients! Shame on Chrysler, Newark, and their POOR SERVICE DEPT! More

My wife took it in for a problem with the car shutting down. They told us that we needed to put over $2000 into fixing the problem and even then it may not be fixed! WHAT? Either you can fix the car or you don't know what is wrong with it, it is one or the other. The Jeep went in having a problem with it occasionally shutting down. When it came out after the oil was changed, it doesn't sound or run the same way. Now it cuts out all the time and sounds like it is missing. I hate to insinuate that they are dishonest, but draw your own conclusions. I will never go there again More
