After spending a very long, stressful, day going from dealership to dealership last Saturday we happened upon add for a vehicle at Lewes Auto Mall. When we got there, @ 4:20pm Craig Gaskin was expecting us and the vehicle was sitting right out front. Bob Temple took us out to check the vehicle over and take a test drive. My husband fell in love with it right away. Mr. Temple was probably one of the most honest and friendly (without being fake or pushy) salesman that we had every had the pleasure to work with. He and Craig really made the whole experience very enjoyable! We had already secured our financing, but after speaking with Bob Dixon, I believe that even that part of the purchase would have been stress-free! He was very informative about the additional warranty's and services, but did not try to push them down our throats, which I truly appreciated. All in all the whole transaction took less than 2 hours and was a very pleasant experience. And there NuCar Certification is a definite selling point, you can beat it! Patty Johnson has always been our go to sales lady and will remain that way. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Chevrolet and GMC vehicles, of which we have one of each. Patty always steers us in the right direction as far as the vehicles that will fit our needs and has always worked to get us the VERY best deal possible!! She made sure we understood the ins and outs of our new Chevrolet Sonic and also gave us step by step instructions on the electronics of the Sonic. She also helped us sync our smart phones with bluetooth and helped us connect with the OnStar system. Patty also took the time to introduce us to the service manager, Rick Johnson and staff. JB Barbarulo has always been very fair and given us the best advice. We have known him as long as we have Patty and can't imagine buying a new or used vehicle from anyone else. He is already on the look out for our 2014 GMC SUV purchase. JB is fun to work with even when we give him a hard! JB has always been a pleasure to work with! Routine oil change and tire rotation. They took me earlier than scheduled. It was comfortable, the coffee was excellent and the WIFi strong.
