I recently became a widow and the car that I had was a Ford Freestar Van, which was too large for me now. I really did want to trade it in because it gave me great service and not a repair problem. It was too big for me since I had two hips replaced. I'm 70 years old and the seat was too high for me since the operation. I drove into the Lewes AutoMall on a whim and met Mr. Whaley. He listened to what I needed in a newer car and how much I could afford. He showed me several cars but I fell in love with the first one that I saw. Mr. Whaley did his best to make it happen that I could purchase this vehicle. Mr. Twisselmann took over from there and processed the papers.....and there were a pile of papers! My husband, Mark had purchased our Ford from Lewes AutoMall and he also was satisifed with the service. Maybe that is why I chose to go back. This is the first vehicle that I have every bought on my own, always my husband. It was quite nerve racking but Mr. Whaley made it more comfortable for me.
