I would recommend this service center with a small amount of reservations. Staff is very friendly and professional. They try to schedule me quickly when I call which I appreciate. I was upset when I was charged an additional 4.27 for "shop charges" over the 69.95 I agreed to for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked what exactly qualified as shop charges they told me to look at the placard which was placed at ankle level with the list of possible things that could be included as shop charges. I cannot remember the whole list but many of the items to me would just be your shared overhead that is used on all cars at a service shop - for example, the paper floor mats that are put in to keep your carpet clean was one that struck me as particularly laughable. I realize there is a cost to the service center for all these things but they need to determine exactly what they feel each customer should cover as a general rule and then raise their prices slightly to cover this shared overhead expense. I would have gladly paid 74.95 for the service I had performed and never known that part of it was for the paper floor mats. I didn't appreciate being nickeled and dimed at their discretion with no itemized explanation. Next time, I will take my own paper floor mats and expect a deduction of several cents on my service charge. Please rethink how you recoup these expenses because this just left a sour taste in my mouth. More

Dennis taught me how to use all of the features of the new car. He even helped me preset my favorite radio stations. There was not a long wait for paperwork. Bob moved through all of the contracts and answered my questions along the way. He spent the time with me to talk through different financing options as well as upgrades that were available for the car I was going to purchase. After returning home I thought of a few other questions and called to speak with the dealership. They had no problems answering my questions and were extremely efficient in returning my phone calls. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Everything was great til I went to go to work on third day of ownership and the car didn't start. Had to get a ride to work. Then I started my calling. I was a little upset with roadside service (long story) then I got another phone number from the Dealer. Picked up my car and found it had a bad battery. Something I think should of been checked before selling. Rick Whaley is a great and wonderful person. Sorry I don't usally complain but this upset me greatly. Thank you More
My buying experience with Lewes Auto Mall was excellent. I have recently relocated to the Lewes area from NJ and was somewhat apprehensive about going to a dealership that I was unfamiliar with. Bob made my wife and I feel very comfortable and made the decision to buy our Impala an easy one. I investigated the features of my vehicle and the price and found that Lewes Auto Mall had EVERYONE beat in price hands down ! I own two other GM vehicles besides the Impala and I am happy that I have found a dealership that I can feel comfortable for service needs - free oil changes too ! Keep up the good work guys ! I came into the dealership for car sevice and for help because when I was in PA, I accidentally connected with the corner of the railing in my garage! Also I had had some car magnets on the back of my car because when I was in PA, I accidentally connected with the corner of the railing in my garage! Also I had had some car magnets on the back of my car and when I removed them, the black magnet part of one of them stayed stuck to my car, Tony Norwood assisted me with both professionalism and knowledge! He gave me excellent advice and service! The service I received today was outstanding! The black magnet residue is gone from the back of my car and the touch-up paint is ordered! I will most certainly be recommending Tony and the Lewes Automall to all my friends and family! More

We recently bought an Acadia, and unfortunatley we missed the space that out Tahoe had. Dana was able to get us back into a Tahoe LTZ, which has far exceeded my expectations! As far as service, Byran Reynolds and Rick Johnson were always very friendly and accomodating.
