I wish to compliment these employees on their prompt and courteous service and overall job knowledge. Although "Lewis Automall" closed a 7:00 p.m., both Dana Cera and Bob Dixon stayed on location well after 7:00 p.m. to complete the transaction. Dana also took the time to answer "all" of our questions regarding our new Chevy Cruze and also took the time to set up the On-star and phone system. Went to go buy brand new Malibu from this joint, They told me i was approved for a car i drove it off the lot and was very excited about having this car. 5 days later i get called saying the car is not i told me i was approved for a car i drove it off the lot and was very excited about having this car. 5 days later i get called saying the car is not indeed mine I was not approved and that the car has to be returned. What a horrible dealership a very common dealership. I plan on going to the BBB about this one. Would never recommend this dealership and I really hope that people consider this before purchasing from them. Also very unfriendly people really got a very unwelcome feeling. More
