I bought my used Buick Encore and was told by finance manager I would get one free oil change. When I made appointment they said it was not in system. Had to get get my Salesperson to come and vouch. I took car in and my Check Engine light was not on when I dropped but off. After picking car up I left parking lot and Check Engine light came on. Took it back and they got it to go off. Told me to bring back it back Monday if it came back on. Had to bring it back Tuesday when Check Engine Light came on. Was told I could leave it for a couple of days because they were busy. Or I could make an appointment. Made appointment for next Thursday, 9 day wait. Was told as long as it is not flashing I would be ok.I am not happy to wait because it wasn't on when I originally brought it in. I'm not comfortable driving it with the light on. I have to travel out of state and drive to work everyday. Can't be without my vehicle More

We came to Lewes for the week with our family vehicle. It started riding rough about an hour outside of Lewes. We made it here and parked the car. On Monday when we tried to start the car to take it to the dealership, it wouldn’t start. Bryan, the service director, helped us find towing when onstar couldn’t. He started looking at the vehicle on Tuesday and was able to tear apart the engine, get parts, replace them all, and have the engine back together by Friday. He kept us well informed and did everything he could to get us our vehicle back before we had to head home which is almost 4 hours away. He and the entire staff at Burton were absolutely incredible. If you need service while you’re in Lewes look no where else. More
