I hope they come up with a more palatable way of conducting our visit when we come in for regular maintenance. Need more honesty, not looking to sell more to make more. More
I had the pleasure of working with Jose who greeted me warmly, took me for a few test drives, discussed the cars I was interested in and also talked about our personal lives. He made the experience easy and human with no sales pitches, just a genuine care for getting me the vehicle I wanted and didn't push back when I said I wouldn't make a decision over the weekend. Come Monday morning he promptly answered my call and had the paperwork ready when I showed up. Neil the finance manager did a great job explaining the financing, getting me the best rate, and walking me through the additional warranty options. I'm very grateful for my car buying experience with IG burton Toyota, Dover. More

I have always had my Toyota's serviced at the dealership. However, this weeks visit left me a little miffed. I have been going back to the Dover Toyota since we moved back here in 2024. I scheduled an oil ch However, this weeks visit left me a little miffed. I have been going back to the Dover Toyota since we moved back here in 2024. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was very surprized to find my bill was $225.37. The itemized charges were a bit excessive and im rethinking how much I will let them do in the future. I spent 900,00 on tires at this dealer and was still charged 24.99 to rotate them. Then air filters that were not included for the engine oil change and the cabin air filter that was $66.00 to purchase and open the glove box to install. I now have to really think about what im going to have serviced there now. Only oil changes in the future. Everything else will be done elsewhere. Take a close look at your bill!! More
