Barry one of the co-owners guided me through the process and it was literally hassle free. No pressure, and I was given a fair price. I searched for the car on the internet, inquired, negotiated price, paid a deposit, and picked up my car since I was out of state. And when I picked up the vehicle it only took about 30 mins. These guys do not meet the stereotype of a auto dealer. They are really there for your needs. I highly recommend. One last thing I want to add, they give all the information of the vehicle up front so if you have any additional questions just ask, these guys don't hide any information at all. More

They went extra mile - great guys Recently I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Barry and Afrim from out of state and I have to say I am very satisfied at their passion to make you happy Recently I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Barry and Afrim from out of state and I have to say I am very satisfied at their passion to make you happy. I feel these guys want to make sure you'll consider them down the road and don't just consider your experience with them as a one time deal (even for me as an out of state buyer). For instance, after I had finished the buying process and it was about time to deliver the car, the guys recommended to me to get a new battery on the vehicle before it was delivered. I agreed, but the repair shop that replaced the battery also triggered some unrelated, unforeseen issue on the vehicle after they added this new battery. At this point I was thinking the problem was going to be mine but Barry and Afrim went the extra mile to make me happy by taking care of the issue and ensuring I had no worries and no cost to me. They put their money where their mouth is and really try hard to make it right for their customers, so I was very impressed. They also took care of any concerns I had, being an out of state buyer. That included them taking care of everything, including taking care of fixing one issue on a part that the repair shop forgot the check when they tried the fix the issue I mentioned above... even after the car was delivered to me out of state! Yup, they took care of the cost to ship the car back to fix the issue and ship it back to me. They took care of everything to get it right. I feel these guys really made every effort they could to make sure the process went smoothly for me and for that I am very grateful of what they did. Next time I need to buy out of state I will remember to look for them and recommend them to anyone I can and hopefully this review can help you decide to give these guys a look because you can do much worse elsewhere. More

Excellent Buying Process I had searched the internet for days to find an Audi S5. After coming across this one at iCars Chicago, I was at first a little hesitant since I have I had searched the internet for days to find an Audi S5. After coming across this one at iCars Chicago, I was at first a little hesitant since I have purchased all my vehicles from large dealerships. I read the reviews and couldn't have agreed anymore with all the happy customers! Barry and Afrim have made my car buying experience a memorable and smooth one. I was in and out within 30 minutes and I drove almost 3 hours to pick up this beauty! When I first inquired about the car, Barry said it was in excellent condition except for a scratch in front lower bumper and some curb rash. He said that they had planned on fixing these minor issues anyway. Who tells a perspective client what the "flaws" are of the vehicle to begin with but reassures the buyer that they would be fixed prior to sale?? I have dealt with many dealers and when I have purchased used cars from them, it was "the way it is", no touching up, no fixing this, etc..... Barry and Afrim were true to their words and were extremely easy to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future for my soon to be 16 year olds first car purchase. Can't say enough good things about them and the quality of the cars that I had seen in the showroom, not to mention my beautiful S5. More

First I just want to say Barry and Afrim are very down to earth people. They made the whole car buying experience effortless and painless. I live about 5 hours away from Chicago so most of the dealing was done over the phone and texting. But every question I had and i had a ton of them... they answered me quickly and with patience. They even picked me up from the Amtrak station in Chicago and drove me to there location. When i arrived, i had great service and there were no surprises. It doesn't matter who you are they give you the utmost respect and understand your car situation. There was a small issue with car but even that was taken care of so quickly. Over all they gave me a great deal and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend these guys to whoever wants to buy a higher end vehicle or just any vehicle. More
