My 3rd car from these guys I am on my 3rd purchase from the guys at iCars. Three years ago i was looking for a black on black 911 Turbo Porsche and could NOT find one anywhere in the country for my budget or with fair mileage. I looked for 3 months. I met Afrim, the owner, who located one locally for me within 3 days and it was perfectly priced. So well priced that i barely lost any money when i traded it in for my BMW 750li just a year later. He found me an M-sport 750li that i wanted with 28k miles. A pure gem. This past July 2nd i purchased my 3rd dream car, a 2009 F430 Ferrari Spyder. Red with black interior. Super rare! I am a car lover at heart and there is nobody i would ever give my business to other than the guys over at iCars Chicago. Especially when i buy higher end cars every 2 years. They hustle for you, give you the best trade in prices, connect you with the right financing and have proven to me to be the most honest car guys i have dealt with. I just won't go anywhere else. Plus, they are all funny, kind hearted and real straight forward people. I also feel better giving them my business knowing they are good people at heart. Nothing worse than a sneaky salesman. WOW! MUST READ! I think we are all a bit skeptical when we buy cars, even more so when we are thinking of buying them over the internet or from a distant dealer sight I think we are all a bit skeptical when we buy cars, even more so when we are thinking of buying them over the internet or from a distant dealer sight unseen. It’s even harder to judge the character of a sales person over the phone or email. Which is why what I’m about to say is VERY IMPORTANT…this is where iCarsChicago really separated themselves from ALL of their competition! From the first time I made contact with them on the phone, I spoke to Afrim and he impressed me. He was the owner of the dealership, picked up the phone late in the day, and answered all my questions himself instead of pawning me off on one of his underlings. He was so friendly, he said I could call him any time if I had any questions about the car and he gave me his cell phone. A few days later, as I started to get into more of the specifics about technical questions, vehicle history, additional photos, etc. Afrim introduced me to his brother Barry. Barry was also an owner and while Afrim concentrated mainly on financial aspect of the business, Barry focused more on the specifics that related to buying and selling the individual cars. Again, I was impressed. Barry knew the car well, better than all the other sales people from all the other dealerships I was working with and he too was unusually easy to work with. He said the same thing to me…here is my cell phone, call me if you have any questions about the car. I wanted to do the best I could to make sure I wasn’t being ‘sold’ something but was actually getting exactly what I was shopping for. Literally every question I asked, every photo I requested, every piece of supporting evidence (vehicle reports, warranty info, etc.), Barry responded within about a minute. To make me even more impressed, Barry volunteered before and after photos of a piece of the body trim kit that he was taking upon himself to have repainted because it had some signs of wear on it. What dealership do you know that would have been honest enough to tell you without asking and show you the before pictures because they weren’t trying to hide anything? Also, I didn’t ask him to do that, he did it himself so that car would look perfect. Another thing amazed me. Obviously they knew I was shopping around for the car. On one of the cars I asked a local shipper for a quote and Afrim told me that was too high and offered to help me ship the car for less even if I didn’t buy it from them! I mean come on, what dealership would offer to help you save money on a car that you are not buying from them?! When it came down to the final few cars, negotiating is what most people get uncomfortable with. Having had some experience in sales, I’m not that uncomfortable with the process but again, this is where iCarsChicago separated themselves from their competition. Some dealers wouldn’t take my car as a trade in. Others, wouldn’t allow me to make a deposit with a credit card. Barry and Afrim made it so easy for me, I knew I had to stop shopping and buy from them. They took my car as a trade, let me use the credit card for the deposit, matched the lowest price I could find on a similar car, and since it was still under warranty they agreed to take it to the local Audi dealer for servicing/inspection before they sent it to me. I could literally go on about how amazing both Afrim and Barry were for a while. Barry drove to meet me half way so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping. After they sold me the car, he called me personally to make sure I was happy with it. He offered to help me get a third key because I needed to sacrifice one for the remote start since it was a stick. A few weeks later I called him with a question about transferring over the warranty to my name so I could be covered if anything went wrong with one of the upgrades. Barry called the company himself and found out the cost, process, etc. I was so impressed with the people and the experience at iCarsChicago, that on a business trip to the windy city, I had to go and see their dealership for myself. They were every bit as friendly and welcoming in person as they were on the phone. They are not just interested in selling you something, they kind of become friends with you during the process and after as well. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase. At the very least, you owe it to yourself to call them see what they can do for you. Lastly, the car. I’ve had it for about a month now. I wanted to wait until I’ve had enough time to drive it, get used to it and make sure there were not issues waiting to show up (you say skeptical, I say trust but verify). I was able to confirm warranty info through the dealership and aftermarket company that is covered by the Audi warranty. The car has had no mechanical issues. It looks and smells great. It performs like a monster. I literally look forward to opportunities to drive it. All in all, a GRAND SLAM! More

Their business model prioritizes customer satisfaction and ensures each customer's experience is exceptional. They have an eye for quality and by the representation of their collection, you will only see outstanding cars. I tend not to buy new due to the unpredictability of car manufactures changing up their line up year after year or adding options not disclosed the year prior. In addition, I tend to wait as well for the right "design", limited production models, and in most cases for all the "kinks aka first model year bugs" to have been all resolved. In my particular case, I have been searching for a rare vehicle, low production numbers of only 500 to the USA, for several years now, fortunately for me my alert popped up and I finally found the perfect vehicle and on top of that established an outstanding partnership with Barry and Afrim which I plan to leverage for other future purchases. If you like to talk cars, you can spend hours chatting about various makes, models, horsepower, trends, and overall passion for vehicles with them.
