My experience with iDrive Utah has been frustrating from start to finish. The first issue came during the purchase. The truck was advertised at one price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the start to finish. The first issue came during the purchase. The truck was advertised at one price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, the price increased because I was charged separately for the aftermarket upgrades that were already installed on the truck and clearly shown in the listing photos, including items like the wheels, tires, and flatbed. In my opinion, if a vehicle is advertised and photographed with those items installed, the advertised price should reflect the vehicle as shown—not require buyers to pay thousands more at signing. It got even worse after the sale. I later discovered I had been charged approximately $6,000 for a maintenance program that I never requested or agreed to purchase. After a lengthy process and a lot of back-and-forth, they eventually refunded the money. Unfortunately, I’m still dealing with problems. Since May, I have been trying to get my 2017 Dodge titled and registered. The DMV has repeatedly told me they still have not received the correct paperwork from iDrive Utah. Because of this, I’ve made multiple wasted trips to the DMV and even had to purchase a second temporary tag just to keep the truck legal. I recently reached out to the dealership again, simply asking when they actually sent the paperwork so I could avoid another wasted trip. Instead of getting a straightforward answer, I received excuses, and then they stopped responding altogether. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. In my experience, iDrive Utah has shown very little communication, accountability, or urgency in resolving issues after the sale. If someone from ownership or corporate sees this review, I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the correct paperwork submitted so I can finally register the truck without wasting more time and money. Buyer beware: Read every line of the paperwork, verify exactly what is included in the advertised price, question every additional charge, and don’t assume the paperwork will be handled promptly after the sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with iDrive Utah. More

We filled out an application and literally waited 2 days for them to tell us it didn’t go through Fred the car salesman should have told us from the beginning that they couldn’t help us instead of wasting 2 of our days Pretty sure it’s his first week he didn’t seem like he even knew what was going on Even the sales manager could have cared less Bad business! I had several questions regarding my warranty and Justin walked me through it all (even though I’m old and stubborn). He helped me understand everything. They even sent me pics when it was loaded on the carrier for transit to Tennessee. Don’t buy a boring truck. Buy an awesome truck from idrive and be happy. More
This is THE WORST place to buy any type of car you want. They start off as friendly people but once you buy any type of vehicle they backstab you, Do NOT buy their extended warranty or any type, Its only a They start off as friendly people but once you buy any type of vehicle they backstab you, Do NOT buy their extended warranty or any type, Its only a way to take money away from you. They tell you all these great things about this warranty but once you start having issues they will just ignore you. I bought a 2020 Chevy silverado in just december and started having issues a month later, We took it to the actual Chevy dealership and the transmission was messed up, and we had to give our truck to chevy and get a new one since the transmission problem would never be fixed back to normal, Then we call this dealership to see if we can cancel the warranty and get our money back since this warranty was not going to help us at all and the lady just kept saying "We cant give money back since the car isnt placed as a total lose" which is dumb, We then told her it was dumb and that they were scammers and she just shrugged it off and said that it was our fault and that they were staying with the money. Dont buy from this place this is the worst dealership and sell you cars that are about to break down and then play dumb when it does. More
Jan 6, 2025 Bought my Ford Raptor from this place. 95K truck and they couldn't even have it washed for me. Made some kind of excuse as to why it was not done. Be careful of their overpriced extended w 95K truck and they couldn't even have it washed for me. Made some kind of excuse as to why it was not done. Be careful of their overpriced extended warranty they brag about. Super expensive and most dealerships do not accept their warranty. Drove off the lot headed back to Vegas and tire pressure gauge was busted. Apparently, attention to detail is not their specialty after they themselves put on the aftermarket wheels/tires. Asked the finance guy (Justin) several times about the process when registering the vehicle here in Nevada since I bought it out of state. He claims his clerk would reach out to me on the matter. He claimed he did not know the process. Never received a call from his so called "clerk." As my 30 day window to register my truck here in Nevada came to an end. I called him yet again on the matter and he somehow was an expert on the process. Telling me the clerk should of called me by now to coordinate where to mail the packet of information with all the important documents to take to the DMV. He said he would have the clerk reach out to me asap. Still no call. Selling high end trucks with poor customer service. LOL. You might find the truck of your dreams here but do not expect anything else good out of this dealership!!! More
