Our second purchase has been a disappointment. Poor communication has led to us having to pay an additional 1200 for a wrong payoff and interest on top of it. Dishonest, shady and not willing to deal with customers out of the state. I called and filled an credit app on a Saturday and never got a call back. Was ready to head to UT on Monday and was told by Jared out of the state. I called and filled an credit app on a Saturday and never got a call back. Was ready to head to UT on Monday and was told by Jared to wait for approval that morning, did not get a response on the financing until 4:30 in the afternoon and I live 3 plus hours from the dealership. I questioned Jared about staying until 7 to 7:30 pm to seal the deal that day. He laughed and said that his manager lives 1 1/2 hrs from the store and gets disgruntled about staying past the 7 pm (closing). I said I would be down the next morning and thought it was a done deal until I got a text from Jared at 8:10 pm, stating the Ford truck was sold, after he left 25 minutes earlier that night, weird. After seeing the other reviews and how other people have been treated I should of known to do business else where. People do yourself a favor and read the reviews. More

No service after the sale!!! I bought a custom 2018 F250 from Idrive. The deal went ok other then some hidden dealer fees that I read about ahead of time. The financing was also strange, they wanted to charge 400 dollars more if I paid cash. Other than that it was ok. The truck was undercoated/paint matched. They assured me it was all done very professionally. The undercoating looked like some kid sprayed it on, no big deal but I think I paid 600 bucks for that. The paint work looked good. It also had aftermarket headlights. After driving the 900 miles home I noticed the paint was chipping off the front end that was freshly painted. I called and could never talk to anyone , just got put on hold for the manager and never got to speak to him. I called my salesmen and he told me that the manager told him that he wouldn't do anything about it, if he wanted to help me he would need to pay for it. I thought that sounded very unprofessional but moved on. The headlights began to fog up. I contacted Anzo headlights and they said they would be happy to warranty them but the original purchaser would need to make a phone call. That's when the circus really began. I have spent 4 weeks trying to talk to someone there. I have spoken to 4 different people whom put me on hold for the manger that never picks up. I have emailed, used social media and every option I could find to just ask if they would make a phone call. I didn't ask them to pay for anything. I even messaged on dealer rater to the manger. The website talks about exceeding expectations, well that is a lie. I paid premium money because the truck was done. Well it now needs all the paint work they had done stripped and redone, needs new headlights that I will now have to buy again! Don't make the mistake I did, buy elsewhere. I have given them ample opportunity to try to communicate with me and not leave a poor review. More

Tried to slide in $1800 of B.S. Had agreed to terms with salesman the day before other then trade value. We came to terms on that and I planned to purchase 2015 F-150. When he told me amount financed and payment it didn’t match what I had figured. I asked for the purchase contract to check line items and 1. Price was $700 over agreed price. 2. Listed undercoat and paint protectant I said I don’t want that and was told it’s already on the truck. Why the xxxx is a price listed and agreed upon not for the truck the way It sits. Buyer Beware. 100% dishonest. How many people don’t know they’ve been charged for this crap. Purchased my trade in from them and missed it first time around. Worse part they didn’t even care I walked I was lucky though because Driven Auto in Springville hooked me up with 2 yr newer and 30K less miles and 10 speed tranny for just $1800 more so I won BIG! More
