Terrible experience from start to finish, Theytried to delivery a damaged car to me then said they would find another which was a weeks long wait. Then they tok my car in as a trade or to pay off my lease delivery a damaged car to me then said they would find another which was a weeks long wait. Then i got contacted by BMW saying the car was missing and hadnt been paid off, this in my book is basically theft! the have failed to reutrn calls the manager Peter Kim refuses to speak with me refuses to take calls. All calls go unanswered the problem is never sold in order to protect my credit i had to pay off two cars at once. This is the worst kind of dealership and clearly low rent buyer beware these people are lowlifes. Anthing to get the sale but then ignore you and then expect you to buy another car from them. They will never see my business again. Not only the dealership but the brand also. More

The worst part is that the manager didn’t even get up to talk to me. He was skewed down behind the counter and talk to me like I’m a homeless person. I asked him for his name and he said that he doesn’t have to give it to me. So….I am at the Kia dealership, trying to return Kia lease and not only that he said ‘I am not taking it’ he also didn’t want to give me his name. What a professional WOW. And when I told him that as a Kia representative he has to at least tell me his name so I know with whom I spoke, he said ‘I don’t have to give you S..T’ Very professional! So, they beg you to get a Kia Lease but when the lease is over they don’t want to take it back! KIA CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!! . I did sent a complaint to a Kia corporate and I will make sure I stay on top of it. I also did googe search of that ‘professional’ manager and his name is Nelson Jimenez. Note to the Kia of Englewood owner, please make sure your employee do greet the customers and treat them with respect and not like we are a lowlifes if we decide to return the lease which btw was bought at your dealership! Why would I or anyone ever want to do business with your dealership and Kia itself, if your manager and Kia representative treats me like this? I did took a photo of your manager so I can identify him, even though he did try to hide himself….lucky for me he was too lazy to even get up. More

They were entirely upfront regarding price - no hidden fees or surprises - and gave me a fair deal on my trade. My salesman, Angel, was responsive, polite and efficient and the sales manager, Tony, was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
