Not only were they patient with me, but got me qualified at a lower rate than my own bank (I have been with for 20 years) could do. I worked primarily with Ricky, and I could not be happier with the Nissan Armada we bought. It is absolutely beautiful, was well maintained and best of all I didnt have to deal with the crazy high pressure I was so accustomed to at big car lots. Not even 3 months after purchase, transmission and driveshaft had to be replaced. I contacted the dealership and was told they would check with the boss and call me back. Never received a call back and now my calls are avoided. This type of business practice should be illegal, grand theft. More

Best car buying experience I have had! Our family recently expanded by one and we knew it was time to get a bigger vehicle. But shopping for a minivan was a daunting thought considering I Our family recently expanded by one and we knew it was time to get a bigger vehicle. But shopping for a minivan was a daunting thought considering I promised myself I would never buy a van no matter what. I looked online a lot because going to dealerships made me feel a bit uncomfortable. As I searched the web EVERY minivan made me second guess my choice. We did not want to buy brand new, and so I found a lot of nothing. Until I came across Network Auto Source. They had a good selection of vehicles with a lot of different models. The van that caught my eye was a gorgeous white VW Routan. Not your typical minivan, which made me very happy. I was so excited I stopped in on a whim to see it. I felt very comfortable from the second I got there. Not a huge dealership and no high pressure sales. In fact you could tell it was family run. I took the van on a test drive and fell for it immediately without even knowing all the bells and whistles. Bluetooth, two TVs/DVDs, and a lot more. Sharon worked with me and was extremely easy to talk to. She handled the whole deal and gave me an excellent price! To say the least I am not the type of person who is easily thrilled shopping for pre owned cars, so this experience was great and why I am writing a review. My van is driving great and has been a huge lifesaver for long drives. I would highly recommend Network Auto Source to anyone! More
