I will never go to this place again at first i was talking to sergio and his manager it took so long i been their for 2 hrs and had to leave for a appt then i come back and says give me 5 min well th talking to sergio and his manager it took so long i been their for 2 hrs and had to leave for a appt then i come back and says give me 5 min well that turned into 30 more min so i left then they call me and tell me everything is done so i get their and it wasnt they tried to put me in a 27000 dollar car with pymts close to 650 700 i told thsn that was above my budget i wanted something less and i told them what i saw and wanted he told me it wasnt availuable to me then he asked about down pymt how will u pay card or cash he took my card and my keys said he be rite back but went to get another 27000 car wanted 4000 down i told him i didnt have it so he told me to let my current car get repossed and use that money for down pymt i never heard a dealer say that he was agressively pushey kept trying to talk me into buyinv a car i couldnt afford and refused to sell me the car i wanted he said it had to many miles but only 3 miles above what he could finance so i left and will not go back their again More

I had a very frustrating experience with Nissan of Mission Hills. I originally went there for a used Kia they had listed, but the sales team spent hours trying to convince me I wasn’t qualified for th Mission Hills. I originally went there for a used Kia they had listed, but the sales team spent hours trying to convince me I wasn’t qualified for that vehicle and repeatedly pushed me toward buying a Nissan instead. Eventually, they agreed to move forward with the Kia and told me that if I put down a certain deposit, my payments would be around $450/month. When I returned later that same day with the second part of the deposit to finalize everything and pick up the car, the monthly payment had suddenly increased by another $50. After already spending hours there and putting money down, I felt pressured into accepting terms that were different from what had been promised. The issues continued after I took the car home. The next day, I noticed the vehicle had no floor mats. When I contacted them, they tried to tell me not all cars come with floor mats, even though floor mats were specifically listed on the vehicle information sheet posted in the window. It then took them an entire week to “find” them, and when I finally picked them up, they were cheap generic mats instead of the original Kia mats. I also discovered that the heated seats do not work. I contacted the dealership to see if they would make it right, and they told me they would “see what they could do,” but they never followed up with me. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing every detail and getting everything in writing before doing business here. More
