I have had terrible difficulties at South Pointe Porsche. We made a deal on a trade of my 2016 911 Turbo S cabriolet for a 2025 Cayenne S, Nathaniel Bunn being my sales representative. Due to terrible weather conditions shipping was delayed for several days. My purchased 2025 Cayenne finally arrived by enclosed transport and my 2016 911 Turbo S was picked up. Upon in walk around inspection all seemed great February 9,2026. The next day, February 10, 2026, after delivery I cleaned the car and used a step stool to clean the roof and moon roof as there were water spots showing inside. At that time I discovered a deep scape to the roof rail that appear very fresh and I took photos of the damage. I contacted Nathaniel Bunn of the damage and he told me to take the car to the local Porsche dealership for repair estimates and that the dealership would reimburse me for the repair to the roof rail. The general manager contacted me and went to bat. He was so wonderful in getting everything perfect. What a champion! THANKS! More
