Service Department; I have to say that when I brought my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection, I noticed there was only one car ahead of me. The service advisor, Ms. Debbie M., was very welcoming and immediately asked how she could assist me. After I explained the problem, she informed me that while the issue could be diagnosed, the vehicle would need to remain with the service department for a minimum of three days. I was surprised by the timeframe, but since I needed the issue resolved and would be relying on the vehicle for work in the coming weeks, I agreed to leave it. Based on my vehicle's mileage, Ms. Debbie also recommended a special service offer that included changing the transfer case fluid as well as the front and rear differential fluids. The offer seemed reasonable, so I approved the additional maintenance. By the third day, I had not received an update, which concerned me. I called the service department to check on the status of my vehicle, and Ms. Debbie assured me that it would be ready soon. She apologized for the delay and even provided a discount on the services performed. I can honestly say that Ms. Debbie was understanding, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I took my vehicle in on Jan14 2026 . Today is April 10th and I still have not received my vehicle. The customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. For weeks I have called to get an update on my vehicle, only to be put on hold for 45 minutes. Several times I asked for Michael my service manager, only to be told he's not in or he will call you back, he never calls me back nor does he text me. When I do eventually speak with Michael, I have asked several times can he please just call or text me about any updates weather its waiting to hear back from the warranty co, or if they got the parts in etc... Crickets nothing no communication whatsoever!!! The last time I talked to Michael was Mar, 30th 2026 and he said my car should be ready the next day. Wow this is so disrespectful!! I am tired of getting played. More
Puente Hills Dodge is by far the dealer I most regret doing business with. I’ve purchased vehicles from them in 2020 and again in 2025, and even recommended them to my father-in-law earlier this year — h doing business with. Unfortunately, their service department is hands-down the worst when it comes to customer service. Long story short, I leased a 2025 Ram 1500 that started having electrical issues — serious ones — to the point where the truck would shut off while driving. The service department has “tried” fixing the issue more than three times and has failed each time. They don’t offer courtesy vehicles, which makes the whole process even more inconvenient. My current service advisor, Michael, has been a complete headache to deal with — no communication, no follow-up, and nearly impossible to reach. On the other hand, Buster was great the first time I worked with him; honest and straightforward. I’ve also tried contacting the service manager, Robert, multiple times, but every call goes to voicemail and I never get a call back. I’m sharing this feedback in case you’re in the market for a Chrysler, Fiat, or Ram product — save yourself the time and frustration. Look for a dealership that actually cares about its customers instead of just chasing profit. To top it off, when my father-in-law purchased his ProMaster, we pointed out during the test drive that one of the top lights was disconnected and needed replacement. The salesperson assured us it would be fixed — just bring the van back when service was open. When we returned, they flat-out refused to repair it, claiming it wasn’t part of the deal, even though it was noted and confirmed with finance during signing. In short: Puente Hills Dodge operates like the slumlords of CFA dealers — avoid at all costs. More

2015 cherokee they did a fuel system service and now my fuel mileage is down from 18-20 to 14max. They say that is acceptable and will not do anything about it. Ya k logre hablar con el manager trajo a un mecánico para k chequeara el carro el me canico. y dijo k lo avían quebrado al cambiar las baterías k el k lo había echo lo había echó alo pendejeo. Fuero. Sus palabras k para esto me trajera el carro y luego ellos me llamaban cuando la pieza les llegara porque iban a. a cambiar el fender k era lo k avían quebrado y esa pieza venia en negro y tenía k pintarlo y quedara igual k el resto del carro pues me vine y fue una batalla de tres meses llamando porque cada k llamaba me decían k la pieza todavía no aparecía en el sistema k no la avían ordenado ya porfía en una llamada k les ise me dijeron k llevara el carro lo lleve el jueves y me lo entregaron el viernes 27 de septiembre 2024 por la tarde cuando me lo e tregan boy aver el trabajo k le isieron pues la pintura muy mala calidad llena de poros todo el fender pido hablar con boster y k lla se avia ido antes de salir del diler. tomo un video como prueba me doy cuenta k era el fender. Viejo k no se lo cambiaron nadamas lo sobre pintaron porque el fender viejo K traía el carro traía una descarapelada abajo en la esquina y me en entregan el. Carro con esa misma descarapelada o despistado. No recomiendo k lleven sus carros al servicio alli. More
