Had a great experience. I was intimidated with this being my first time getting a car, but Ray was awesome! came in for an oil changed. easy check in. was done in about an hour. the only issue i have is that the truck has a squeaking noise and i asked if they could take a quick l easy check in. was done in about an hour. the only issue i have is that the truck has a squeaking noise and i asked if they could take a quick look at it. they said since i booked it online and did not include it in the service request i would have to make another appointment. this was not the first time i have had the truck in for a squeaking noise. a little frustrating when they would only have to grease the rubber between the bed and the cab.
