I appreciated his flexibility throughout the negotiation process, especially as we worked through pricing, financing, and trade-in options over email. They respected my time, were prompt with updates, and never tried to push extras I wasn’t interested in. When I declined the extended warranty, it was handled respectfully with zero pressure — something that’s becoming increasingly rare in today’s car buying world. The deal was finalized before I even walked in, and when I did, the process was as smooth as promised: drop off the trade, sign the paperwork, pick up the keys. Exactly how it should be.
