Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations. More
