Nice dealership to do do business with - JZ
As a person who has a degree in industrial engineering, I look for the efficiencies in an operation and I am impressed by the knowledge and thoroughness when my car goes in for service. I did buy the extra coating on the car's surface and had a problem when a substance ate through the finish on the car's hood. The dealership was helpful in getting the claim recognized and the car hood looking like new after being repainted at an outside shop. They don't have a paint shop in house.
Thank god for new ownership - Heather675
Had my car serviced at new Grieco Toyota and far exceeded my expectations will definitely bring my car back. Friendly staff made my experience pleasurable. I highly recommend giving this dealership a shot.
Wonderful experience - Stacey Merrill
First, let me say this, I do not like the car buying process. BUT, Jesse Wright and McGee Toyota of Claremont made it a wonderful experience. No hassles, no problems. Great service all around with very friendly staff.
Best Dealership - Denise
I enjoy doing business with New Country Toyota of Clifton Park. Their customer service is top notch and can’t be beat!! They always treat their customers with courtesy and appreciation and I can’t imagine going to any other dealership!!
Not sure about others there but one is enough, Never Again! - Lilie83
I normally don't give people ratings but Andy B from Toyota of Nashua you earned A Gold Star in my book! I know salesmen have to beat around the Bush and throw a few white lies in here and there but Andy went above and beyond! I was told he had exactly what I wanted but it was located somewhere else and had to be shipped here. I specifically asked over and over if it was A 19 Camry the color I wanted, if the navigation and audio system were compatible with android because I heard it was not, and specified I wanted it with a starter. I had driven the same thing I had said except that it was a different color and a hybrid. I was told by Andy that the car was exactly the same as the one I drove with the exception of the engine and color.. well to get to the point.. I paid 1000 to have the car shipped here, found out the "soft inquiry" Andy had me sign for was actually a hard inquiry on my credit, then even though I specified I wanted to get my loan through my credit union and Andy agreed it would be better, I find out when I went to sign papers my credit was pulled again and the loan was processed by Toyota! I was pissed and they said they could fix it and I could refinance through DCU if I don't mind a 3rd hard inquiry! I pretty much had it and just wanted to be done with them! I signed what I needed to and handed my keys over for my trade. I went to get the key for the new car and noticed there was no button for a starter. I asked about it and was told by finance that if I wanted a starter it was going to cost another 500 and I would need to wait to get it. So thank you Andy for all the lies that it had a starter, charger plate for my phone, compatable to connect with my phone, pulling 2 hard inquiries on my credit without my consent and to top it off The car ended up being a 2018 manufactured in 2017 not the 2019 I was told I was getting! So THANK YOU ANDY B AT TOYOTA OF NASHUA FOR BEING A 5 STAR xxx!
Looking for problems - BCD
I took my car for an oil change last week and noticed that every customer that came for a service ended up in the repair area with a list of problems they discovered. Amazing everyone had at least 2 to 3 problems Toyota Lexington has discovered. Even on my car that has less than 60K a pump to replace brakes to redo. When asked about looking at the brakes they said we recommend doing them early, I see...
Looks like they will create problems if you do not have them...
I can tell you they were not like that, it has changed.
No one knows what the xxxx theyre doing - 16highlander
Came in for a tail light that had fog in it. No one could tell me over the phone if it was covered under warranty. Making an appointment for service was like pulling teeth. They made my appointment for the wrong day. Everyone on the phone was an xxxxxxx. Finally got to my appointment and im 25 minutes i to waiting for them to "research" the problem as i write this review. No one has a clue why im here or if its covered under warranty. Service advisor is giving me attitude because im giving him attitude cause this process is xxxx. I cant think of a simpler problem to have with a car and these xxxxbirds are giving me such a hard time about it.
LEMON PRIUS - MiddleboroReview
My brand new PRIUS C 2012 began behaving oddly: first making an explosive impact when the vehicle transitioned from battery to gas motor, then the BRAKE PEDAL traveled to the floor each time the brakes were applied.
ROUTE 44 TOYOTA told me that I needed to 'get used to electronic brakes even though this was new behavior by the vehicle. .' The technician was so unfamiliar with the vehicle model, he told me that the warning light on the dashboard was SKID CONTROL.
During this nightmare, rather than simply fixing the vehicle, I was stalked, followed, my medical information was shared and much else. An employee posted an unprofessional and slanderous comment on my facebook page.
When an astute AAA driver recently went to jump the battery, he realized that the BATTERY GROUND TERMINAL CONNECTION was loose.
Brian at Topham's in Middleboro changed the oil, replaced the battery and the BRAKES now function as they should. The BRAKE PEDAL is high, the HILL HOLD feature works as it should.
In other words, the vehicle was delivered from the factory with a loose battery ground connection that explains the quirky behavior in endured and NO ONE AT TOYOTA stepped forward to correct such a minor fix. .
This was all in addition to requesting my credit report without authorization.
Truly Exceptional- Amanda, Lou, Ben, James, Sal - nb32
From the minute I walked into Curry Toyota, to the minute I drove away in my new vehicle, it was an exceptional experience. I was immediately greeted by Amanda Botto who ended up working up a great deal on my vehicle. She was very informative on all the features and answered all my questions. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also worked with Lou, Ben, James, and Sal during and after my purchase- all of which were also exceptional to work with. I would definitely recommend working with any and all of these employees at Curry in Watertown, CT. They are the most down to earth and pleasurable individuals to work with. One of my best car buying experiences to date. Fantastic customer service and positive experience.
Outstanding Sale Person - Stella
We recently bought a Rav 4 from Ira Toyota of Danvers. We made the decision to buy a car in the last minute of 2018, and our sale person, Clint Yang, made the experience very efficient and enjoyable. He explained the features of different models extremely clearly and helped us to understand which model fits best with our family. He is also very considerable that taking care of everything, which makes our buying process super easy. Highly recommended!
Waste of time - Mglaxx34
Ive been a customer for years and always been happy with service until I had to deal with Kevin Fitzgerald. I took my truck in to get frame replaced and it was one thing after another. First Kevin calls to reccomend a few repairs that should be done which I agreed to, he said no problem everything would be done by end o of day. I stop by the next day after dropping off rental and getting shuttle over just for a service employee to tell me my truck wont be ready for a few more days.
When I finally got my truck back I noticed that the shifter was very loose and slipping into neutral. I contacted Kevin and he said to bring it in. When I brought it to Lynch Kevin kept telling me they didnt have to touch this area of the truck and they were not responsible for anything that is occuring. After arguing with this guy he finally agreed to fix it but they would need to take apart the shifter and see what is going on.
After picking up my truck once again the shifter slipage was fixed by now none of yhe geara illuminate. I called kevin again but didnt hear back for over a week from anotherserviced coordinator he pawned the problem on. They said to bring in the truck and they would fix it no problem.
I go in ready to finally get this over with and they say once again that they are not reaponsible and never had to go into that area( which they needed to previously to diagnose problem) and that it isprobobly a light bulb that needs replaced . They could take a look but they would charge me 180 bucks.
It was at this point when I took my truck back and to a trusted mechanic to find out they have caused a lot more damage than just a light bulb.
I would advise anyone having any issues with this place especially with frame replacement to contact Toyota directly and make them aware as well as BBB and consumer reports.
Find another Dealer - Dave
My daughter bought her first car (used Buick Lesabre) from Ira and in less than 4 months the transmission had to be replaced. Ira initially indicated that they would help with the cost of a rebuilt transmission ($2300). We proceeded to have Lowell Transmission, who was outstanding to work with, put in a rebuilt transmission at a cost of $2300. Apparently Ira Toyota then decided not to help with the cost and stopped returning phone calls. While this was a small amount of money for Ira Toyota, it was a very significant amount of money for a young person trying to afford her first car. Find another dealer.
Crystal Costa is an absolute ANGEL - JOHNSTINSON528
From the moment i walked in. Her glowing smile and warm passion for customer service is second to none. She makes you feel even better than ALLSTATE the good hands people. I trust her to do the right thing any and every time i come in for service. She is above and beyond the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with and had the pleasure to know. BEST Volvo service center in southern NH - Peggie123
These guys are the most honest out of the Keene, Nashua and Manchester Volvo dealer repair shops. They don't try to make you think you need more than what you need. They give you a great price, have a good waiting area (desk workspace, too), and let you pay in installments if you need that. They do the job right the first time. Great people.
Great treatment - Happy customer Bob
I drove from Lowell mass to Expressway Toyota because I’m always satisfied when I buy a vehicle from any dealership that has Dan Gilday working there. I’m 64 years old. I’ve bought several vehicles off Dan Gilday in the past. The main reason I will continue to buy vehicles off of Dan Gilday and his colleagues is they always meet my demands. Thanks again to Dan Gilday, George Chandler. Great Find my 2015 Avalon is awesome.
Used truck purchase - Meesha712
Everyone at Toyota of Colchester has gone above and beyond helping me with my purchase. The service department is wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend both sales and service.
Bait and Switch - DogLoverVT
Having lived in the area for my entire life. Alderman is notorious for getting people into their dealership and changing the terms of a deal. They will give you the lowest trade possible. You can have an exceptional used Toyota and get thousands less than if you go to another Toyota dealer. Their goal isn’t to sell new cars as much as too make a huge profit off of previously owner cars. I went in a few years ago looking for a new Tundra, and had an excellent Tundra to trade, same model etc. They told me it was in excellent condition, but offered almost 7000 less than another dealer. I put a deposit down originally because I hadn’t heard back from the other dealer. Once I did I called Aldermans and spoke to Josh Trapeni and asked for my card to be refunded and he refused to do it over the phone, stating we had to come in. I told him If he didn’t I would get the bank involved. I love Toyota, but this dealership is a complete joke. A bunch of losers that were only sport stars in high school and that is it. Go elsewhere-Keene, Claremont, etc you will find a better dealership that doesn’t dress up in costumes. Toyotas are quality vechicles, if you have to start doing that you know the dealership sucks.
Ray McLean provided an excellent car buying experience - carleighglynn
I went into Charles Toyota on 1/7/19 with significant anxiety around purchasing a vehicle. Ray had a laid back approach that immediately made me feel comfortable. Ray allowed me to ask my questions, validated my concerns, steered me in the right direction of finding the car that had the features I desired and that was in my best interest financially. Ray took his time explaining the warranty and walked me through all of the steps he was taking to complete our transaction. This left me feeling confident in my purchase. I highly recommend you request Ray if you are looking for a non-pushy car buying experience.
Stunning rudeness - justsayin'
I have been a Toyota owner for decades, in fact my 1988 FX is still my running around car and is Toyota's best advertisement. However when I started to have issues with the factory paint job on my 2011 Rav4 (Blizzard Pearl---look it up guys, this paint was a problem) I was told that the car must have been repainted because several years ago it was rear-ended. Well as it turns out the car was not repainted and there is an acknowledged problem with the factory white paint used for several years on a number of Toyotas, most particularly the Rav4s. The years are apparently 2009 to 2015. After several years the paint starts to come off in sheets. Delamination it is called. The paint simply separates from the primer and there is nothing that can be done to stop it. Armed with this information and after calling to the very nice people at Toyota Corporation I went back to Dowling to let them know what I had found out so that they could be helpful to the next bewildered customer who comes in the door with the same problem. I was very polite, I was not angry, I was not asking for anything. They basically threw me out telling me that my car had been repainted (not true) and it was not Toyota's paint job. Wow! I was stunned. They had a customer in there out of ear shot and I was not making any sort of fuss but they did not want to hear it and turned angry and aggressive. I would never go there for anything. That is no way to treat a person.

2016 Highlander becomes very darty when driving in windy con - Highlander
We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander that is very very darty in windy conditions, the steering is very responsive and drives good under normal conditions but when the wind starts blowing you better pay attention the steering is so sensitive and light when the wind pushes and you need to correct I find that you over correct very easily. I think Toyota need to program the electric power steering to become stiffer at highway speed to help prevent over correcting in windy conditions.
