Thank you to Marty and Brian for providing exceptional service. I was really blown away by how happy I left there. Marty truly did go above and beyond to do everything he could for me. I walked in there after being sent on a wild goose chase by another dealership so I was frustrated to say the least. I will definitely be going back because of the simple fact that my time was just as important as there’s and that speaks highly to me. The staff at Middletown Toyota are all very friendly. I personally had the pleasure of working with a man named Pat Salvatore. He was very caring and showed me all the perks of the car I wanted to buy. He even went out of his way to show me that my gps could be set to not take the highway as I am a new driver and the highway makes me nervous. I would most certainly recommend this dealership and Pat as a salesperson.

I told him clearly, I am not here to buy a car today buy yes, very soon, tell me what you have, showed me some options, models what fits into my life style and budget. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and good a listener. That"s what i liked about him. He never put any pressure and force me to buy today.. I took, what I wanted from him and left with good impression. After four days I went back to test drive and bought a new vehicle from Ricky. We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.

I have been leasing my Rav4 since they have been made. Love the vehicle because when I am work I know that I will be able to make it home and the foldable back seats have made it easy to bring things home. I put low miles on my vehicles so they are sought after two years. I have been trading for a new vehicle every two years for some time now. The sales and financial people at Ira Toyota have always given outstanding service and are extremely helpful.

Went In to look at car I found online guy named Dave beaupre he was the worst salesperson I've seen in over 40 years of car buying he was rude disrespectful and wouldn't show us the car we came in for and every time I'd try to talk he would talk over me and even went as far to talk down about the place he works for told me go head and call my boss I'll be gone anyway??? I only hope no one endures what I went through when trying to spend money which I eventually did but had to drive an extra 30 minutes
