Went to Balise Toyota to lease a Tacoma and that's exactly what I did! The entire team that I dealt with was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I brought in an offer from Toyota and they made it happen, no games. They were constantly keeping me up to date on what was happening and how long for the next step. When I got to the next step, they were ready to complete the process. Would totally give Balise my highest recommendation for price and staff!

I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion.
The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle.
I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least.
Beware of Service department - JT
Beware of the service department! The staff was friendly, I will give them that much. The service manager Eric I. is misleading and conveniently "doesn't recall" details of conversations. I would recommend recording conversations with him which seems ridiculous but its something to refer back to so you can "remind" him what he said. I brought my 2017 Tacoma with 2k miles in because there is premature wear on the drivers seat seating area. Chuck D looked at the seat and said he has never seen wear like this on a new truck so he scheduled the work under warranty. I just picked up the truck and they replaced the drivers side seat back cover and left the bottom cover which is where the most wear is. I went in to see what happened and Eric says that he was the one I spoke to when I first came in, which is a lie. I've never seen this guy in my life until today. Chuck was the guy who took the info and looked at the seat. Eric said that in his opinion the back was worse and there is only normal wear on the seating area and that he has changed many seat covers because of wear and that it will just happen again. First off, which is it? have you guys never seen this wear on a new truck or is it common? Second, how can you tell someone that you need to "just wait and see what happens, because if we change it, it will just happen again and Toyota hasn't come up with a solution to the seat wear" Way to stand behind your NEW vehicles. Then he finally says he will change the cover but I will need to reschedule an appointment but its just going to happen again, as he rudely walks away.
I was an upholster for 15 years, I know what normal wear and tear is, this is premature wear.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Cindy Patrick was very helpful and informative. So nice to deal with.
My only issue was that my hub cap came off two hours later. When I told them, they got me another one right away.

So I test dove two vehicle's here on a Saturday and made a decision on one of the vehicle's. I left and returned back to the dealership within the hour and requested to put a deposit down on the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The sales person stated that it was not fair to the other "salesman" as it could block a potential sale and stated that they don't take deposits. Not the norm but went with it, and an appointment was set for Monday afternoon, which was confirmed via the sale person calling to confirm Monday mid morning. Well I leave work early have all my affairs in order in regards to go forward with the sale and I receive a call from the sales person "I have some bad news...the vehicle just sold". Now I'm only 8 minutes away from the dealer after driving approximately 50 miles to get there on time sharp. So now he/she wants to push a lease over the phone...which I respectfully declined. After two messages were left for the manager or dealership owner to contact me, a call back was made by a manager and it turns out the vehicle was "sold" earlier in the week...but it was ok to have other potential buyers test driving a vehicle that someone already bought. If the new "owner" only knew that! After listening to his excuses and trying to get me back for another sale with "discounts" off for the trouble it has caused, again no thank you. So folks when you hear one of their sales person's giving the recited song and dance as to how they are different than all the area dealer's and they take great pride for this award and that award... ya, smile and walk away. If they could give "negative awards" to this dealership...they would have won fair and square.

Do not buy a car here! I got ripped off and two weeks later my engine light came on and they didn't want to do anything about it. And the price to get it fixed is over 1,200! I am very displeased with Toyota.

My husband and I leased a 2015 RAV4 and were told any mileage under the 36,000 we would receive credit for as an "asset" in the vehicle. I am 3,500 miles under and now they wont honor it. Then we were told (in 2015) that we had maintenance for the "life of our lease". So, imagine my surprise the last time I brought it for routine service and it cost almost $180.00. Then, I was STILL willing to give them another shot. I was going to lease a 2018 and my mother was going to pay CASH to purchase my 2015 lease. The dealership quotes me approximately $313/mo. That was until they kept changing the price of my lease buyout for my mother and she pulled out of the deal. Then the payment became $540/mo. That's right, a price difference of $233/mo. Not impressed Toyota. The dealership told me it was "Toyota Financial" that decided that and to call them. So I did, only to have Toyota Financial tell me they "Only discuss new deals with dealerships, not individuals."

Was hearing a noise under the hood thought it had something to do with ac. Had it checked found it was the alternator. Had extended coverage so Jon Medeiros did the leg work calling the company, getting the inspector to come to Toyota of Dartmouth to check the car b4 work could be done. Jon did all that, kept calling them till they got there & also kept us well informed about what was going on. Jon is a very conscientious and friendly young man who takes his job very seriously.
