I was in a tough spot. My old car needed far more repairs than the car was worth and wasn't safe to drive without them. The service team at Girard Toyota in New London gave me a rental car, regardless of whether I bought a car from them or not. They cared about my safety. I looked at multiple places for several days. The sales team kept me in mind for used cars that came in to them. In the end they came up with a 2010 Toyota Matrix that was perfect for me. The buying process took a long time, but they were kind, considerate, and professional. They listened, met my needs, and gave me a good deal. Buying a car is always hard, but they made it as painless as possible. I can honestly say I had fun talking to everyone I met there and I have the peace of mind that I now have a solid, reliable car.

Wentvin for what I thought would be 1/2-day repair but turned into three. By the middle of the first day I had detailed estimate and a loaner waiting. They offered to pick me up to get the loaner but my spouse took me. Very patient and helpful staff at every turn. Had Elvin Rodregiiz as the svc writer and Gerry helped with the loaner. It was a suspension issue (New England potholes) and we only wanted Toyota to do the job. This isn't a time to look for a bargain.

Very Very Friendly & Courteous Service! They explained to me what they were going to do & for how long, and they asked if i needed a ride somewhere while my Camry got serviced. Plus, at the end of the service, they explained what was done & when my next service is going to be & they were going to do a follow up call before my next service, which i think is great reminder. They are NOT pushy or arrogant like some other dealers. All in all, a Great Experience! Plus, they are just in mt neighborhood!
Their prices & leases on Toyota cars has dropped somewhat, which is a Good thing considering the quality of Toyota cars are spot on.

We were told by the sales guy that the lease termination fee would be covered if we bought another car from hoffman Toyota. It clearly wasn’t and haven’t heard anything back from Hoffman ownership. We just got the fee in the mail from Toyota for $350. We just want it taken care of. We were also told that the remaining lease payments would be taken care of but they didn’t cover them all. I had to call in and get that fixed a few months back which hurt my wife’s credit as they didn’t make the last payment. My family buys a ton of cars from hoffman but I think that’s going to change.
