Bob was a great sales person. No pushy service just gave me the facts. Also kept in contact with me during the entire process of finding the exact Tacoma I wanted. Decided to finance through Toyota Financial as their rates were even better than my credit unions. This is the 2nd Tacoma I bought from them the other was an 07. Very happy both times and will certainly shop again when I need a vehicle.

This car dealership sets the standard for a positive car buying experience. I was in contact with several Toyota dealerships in the Massachusetts area, and this place stood out right from the beginning. I spoke with Kevin, the internet manager, regarding the purchase of a Toyota Prime Prius and he was extremely informative of the availability, as well as the pricing. Speaking of pricing, the deal that Kevin gave me for the Prius Prime was out of this world amazing!
I then came into the dealership and spoke with Nick, a sales consultant, who was extremely helpful with the car buying experience as this is something I am new to and made sure that I understood everything that I was doing during the purchase phase as well as the documents that I was signing. Additionally, he was very helpful walking me through the car features as well as setting up what I needed to set up to be on my way.
Lastly, I worked with Paul, the business manager, who walked through the final purchase contract and was extremely transparent with the pricing and the profit that Toyota Lexington makes with their pricing models and all of the additional features. This is not something I have ever experienced at a car dealership and the honesty was very appreciated!

I came in yesterday to look at a car that I saw online. The dealership was very busy and I had to wait a bit until a salesman was able to assist me. As I was waiting, I had time to research the value of the car I was interested in.
Manny Almonte was the salesperson that assisted me. Although he is new, he is very respectful and a very good active listener. He understood what I wanted and was willing to work with me.
He went on the test drive with me. The car I was looking at had a manual transmission and Manny because he was not taught properly how to drive one, asked me to help him learn. This was a great opportunity to show how these things worked and he loved it! I thought it was very honest of him to be up front about not knowing how to operate a manual transmission and asked a buyer to show him how to do it smoothly.
Moving on to the test drive, the car had a tpms light on and after drive a block I said we had a flat. We circled back and got the tires pumped up and then we started again with the test drive. This one, he thought it was fun. The car was great until we got on the highway. That was where I pointed out a lot of the problems with the car and I kept that in the back of my head.
He also let me see underneath it as we took it to one of the available techs who put it under the lift. This was where I discovered a whole next of problems that would need to be addressed when we came to negotiating.
Once I pointed to what was wrong with the car, we sat down and started the negotiation process. Manny was not pushy at all and listened to what I would pay for a car with all of those problems. Long story short, I was able to bring down the price by a lot but not enough to fix the problems. He was asking about $1,000 above what I would liked to pay for the car as is out the door. Although, it was only $1000, I was able to bring the price down by about $5000 from the listing price.
If the car didn't have all of those issues and the pricing, I would have bought it from Manny. Manny is great and he will work with you! Give him a shot and you will be satisfied whether you purchase from him or not. He is not your typical salesman who uses tactics and is pushy. He is very honest and understanding.
