Great experience, Joe was super. - The Perriers
We had a great car buying experience with Joe Domenicucci at Patrick Subaru. We have been buying cars for 40 years and this was our first time buying at Patrick Subaru. It was our best experience by far and Joe made it that way. I can honestly say I cannot think of anything he could have done better. From our test driving three vehicles in one morning (Joe very patiently and expertly went over all three vehicles even though the dealership was very busy) to our picking up the car with Joe taking all the time we needed going over the features in the car we had a terrific car buying experience. Not that easy to do! Thanks Joe!

Best experience buying a car, to date. - Kerry
I'm naturally suspicious of car dealerships because I've purchased a car before, I used to work at the RMV, and I used to work at a car dealership. I was expecting to be pressured into more than I was looking for, tricked into all sorts of extra fees, and given the runaround when it came time to pick up my car. None of this happened.
We started the process with Frank L (aka Frank 1). He was super friendly and gave me all sorts of literature on the Crosstrek and the Impreza , and print outs to compare the prices / prices with different add ons. He said that if I wanted a color they didn't have, they could trade with another dealership for exactly what I wanted. And I was like, "No way, Jose. I'm not paying a delivery fee." And Frank 1 was like, "We don't charge delivery fees. There would be no additional cost to you." He explained that they already had a couple scheduled for delivery, and gave us the information on those cars, too. Then we left to think about it.
I was worried about being spammed with phone calls and emails while I made my decision. This did not happen.
I decided on a blue Crosstrek, one that was already going to be delivered to the dealership, and we went back. Frank 1 was off that day, but Frank C (aka Frank 2) helped us. Just like Frank 1, Frank 2 was super friendly and helpful! We were able to leave a deposit for the car, and then we went over all the extra things that were scheduled to be added to the car. Frank 2 let me downgrade / remove the things I didn't want and didn't try to trick me into going with a more expensive option. Wow! Then we just had to wait for it to arrive.
The car arrived almost a full week early. We scheduled to pick it up on a Friday, and it was very busy. Frank 1 was doing 3 things at once, but I never felt like I was neglected or ignored. We finished the paperwork, they registered it for me, and then Frank 1 went over every aspect of the car with me. It was honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
Nice & Friendly
No pressure attitude
Straightforward on price
No hidden fees
I only wish they could inspect cars on property

I knew what I wanted, they had it. Smooth transaction! - NewZero
I knew what I was looking for, so I didn't need to be sold. They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. No trade, straight up deal on a CPO Outback. I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used Subaru.

While things started off excellently with the sales experience (Raymond is awesome - best car buying experience of life) , my subsequent experiences with the service department had been increasingly frustrating with several miscommunications.
I reached out to the general manager to express my concerns and he was actually pretty responsive - acknowledging the shortcomings in my experiences and committing to work to improve the tone of communications from the service department.
The commitment to retaining a single customer was impressive for me and the service I received subsequently has been commendable.
They are not perfect but they also do not duck issues when you point them out. Not a common trait these days.

First off, notice how there are no reviews in over 7 months for this dealership. I did quite a bit of research looking into a 2018 Subaru Impreza 2.0i 4dr. sedan CVT. I was emailing numerous dealerships, negotiating the selling price of the car. Vasiliy was very responsive and answered questions, but when it came to asking for a purchase or lease agreement he wouldn't send me one with the info and fees outlining details for the vehicle. He "assured' me that there was no hidden fees, but I wanted the paperwork in hand from Vasiliy so if I went to the dealership he couldn't change the numbers or not give me what we agreed upon. This isn't my first time dealing with sales people. Once I got the price I wanted for the Impreza, I confirmed the selling price I asked for a lease agreement. What does Vasiliy do?! He sends me a blank copy of a lease agreement, no numbers, no fees, just a blank photo copy of a lease. It was all smoke in mirrors. He would not offer me such an agreement because all he wanted me to do was come to the dealership so he could not honor his price. What a waste of time. Go give someone else your business, do not go to this dealership.
