Had a 60,000 mi + A1 Service done. Scheduling was easy, stayed at dealership while the work was done and was able to do my own work in the quiet room in the dealership. No problems, everything done in the amount of time I was told, and no issues. Always feel that my car and I are well cared for whenever I take it in. My most recent service experience for an oil change and tire rotation on 12-7-19 was lousy. When the car was ready, it sat in the bay for 20 minutes before I got up and asked someone if they could help me with checking out.That person was helpful, but it’s unacceptable that the car was ready and nobody came to get me. Also, I texted someone named Justin about the status of my car and he never replied even though he texted me at the beginning of my service encouraging me to reach out by text or phone if I had any questions.
