I own a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. It’s done well for me, but parts are getting hard to find. Framingham Ford (FF) has done a great job with the routine maintenance.
And recently, when the AC failed, FF scoured the country for parts. While they had my car they gave me a loaner car. And the final bill for the AC repair was far lower than the initial estimate.
To top it off, now that the exhaust system—after 15 years—-shows signs of a leak, they suggested I get the work done elsewhere because it would be far cheaper. Wow.
I’m very pleased with dealership.

I would give the sales ,rental and quick lane 5 stars but the service dept is at best a 2 star!! Difficult time getting an appointment for a factory recall. Finally got appointment and brought car in at 7 am. Was told the car would be ready that day. Was then told late in the afternoon the job wasn’t done and they’d need the car till next ! Unplanned inconvenience!!! Then next day was called to say car was ready but one part of repair was not complete since they needed to order the part!! Why didn’t they figure that out the day before.?? I told them forget it and picked up my car !!!
Very surprised because we are extremely pleased with the sales, rental and quick lane depts and frequent them often!

They are straight forward and to the point with what they can offer and we found them yo be the best deal. In fact, we drove down from Wisconsin to visit them. We appreciated their honest nature and family friendly atmosphere. We felt very comfortable with our decision and Mike spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features on our new Jeep!

Refuse to service my car bought somewhere else - Ding
Made an appointment and came in today (Nov 09, 2019) at about 11:00 am. I had some concerns about my front braking which has uneven wearing. The male reception guy asked me where I got the car and I said it’s from some other dealers. He just didn’t want to proceed and asked me to go to the dealer where I bought the car. I insisted to have it checked here and he said it’ll be 2-3 weeks after. Unbelievable and I was glad I didn’t buy from them. It’s a shame this dealership was near my neighborhood.

Had money stolen from my car, my battery "died" while in their care (conveniently notified after I had raised issues with their service), manager offered to pay for the battery but did not attempt to speak with me while in the office and reached out over an hour after I had left (at that point I was an hour away, at work, with no way of returning to take him up on his offer). Not communicative, rarely receive calls or updates on my vehicle, I regularly have to chase them for status updates. Will never return. Avoid at all costs.
