A couple of weeks ago I decided it was time to trade in the accord exl for a Honda CRV- EXL. I want to many dealers around Boston and was largely disappointed. Not with the car but with a majority of the dealers. Most first comments was about how honest they were and this was furthest from the truth-
Anyway I want to talk about the one dealership that we’re helpful and sincere about wanting me to leave happy.
My sister and I did our searching together and we were prepared to get the best deal possible.
After a few visits to other dealerships we and I think it was fate; thenon and only “Fitzy”! Although his offer was good we wanted to explore and again the experience was not good. We called Fitzy only to learn he sprained his ankle. I was impatient by not being. I soon learned that I needed to go with HONDA Cars of Boston . Fitzy called his coworker Geo and between the two;; we were able to close the deal Fitzy and Geo were 1st rate dealers Oh my sister also purchased a crv from Fitzy and Geo. As well!

Manny was tremendous to work with when securing my new Lease. I called ahead and schedule an appointment for a Saturday late morning time and Manny was very accommodating. I arrived early and he was ready to discuss the available options on the car I expressed interest in as well as having a car ready for an immediate test drive. I had come in on the last day of my prior lease and during a time I was dealing with a recent loss in my family. Nevertheless, Manny made the experience quick as possible (even allowing me to leave the dealership and return once Finance was ready for me to sign) and also was very kind and compassionate with respect to my personal situation. All in all, Manny was a consummate professional and exceeded my expectations in all respects. I would recommend Manny to all of my family and friends.
