They say that one bad apple spoils the bunch, but that is not true at Woburn Toyota. Truth, after dealing with two wonderful salespeople (Edwin and Al) and manager JC previously, I hit a lemon who was both rude and arrogant. But thank goodness my previous experience with manager JC got me to stay and report my experience to manager Wally Sabet, who had the grace to be embarrassed and tell me so. He gave me time to explore my options, listened to my needs, and sold me a car at a price that worked for me! It was a no pressure, no angst sale and I am one happy customer!!! I can't say enough about JC and Wally as managers for Woburn Toyota. They are why I am now a Woburn Toyota customer.

I called Zack Casey, the General manager. He gave me a lease quote over the phone that was $10 less per month than Manchester, $20 and $30 less than Hurlbert, Bill Dube, and Chambers of Boston. When I got to the dealership I "popped my trade" on them and told them what I needed and they accepted my offer. I was given $2500-$3,500 more for my trade then other dealers in the area. They made it happen! Don't go to the smaller dealers And pay more!

Looking for problems - BCD
I took my car for an oil change last week and noticed that every customer that came for a service ended up in the repair area with a list of problems they discovered. Amazing everyone had at least 2 to 3 problems Toyota Lexington has discovered. Even on my car that has less than 60K a pump to replace brakes to redo. When asked about looking at the brakes they said we recommend doing them early, I see...

I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla le premium edition eco 2019 got charged for all of these extra options and the car did not come with a remote starter I called corporate and the dealer and they didn’t care about it I will never go back to this dealer ship they are snakes I even reached out to the CEO waiting on him to respond back to me because this is horrible customer service I’ve always purchased Toyota’s and because of a remote starter I will no longer purchase from them they don’t care about you after you have signed that contract I gave them several chances to make this right and nothing they are more concerned about me trading in my 2015 Camry than offering to install a remote starter in my wife’s car
