I went to Colonial hoping to lease a vehicle and after a short time I was able to aquire a brand new 2018 Ford Escape at Colonial Ford.
As I walked in the door I received prompt and professional assistance.. I immediately felt like my salesman, Jake Eldredge, had my best interest at heart. Once we found a vehicle that really fit all my needs Jake, Dell Roderick and Sean McCarthy really worked to get the financial numbers I needed to fit within my tight budget. My 2018 Escape is loaded with every option that you can imagine and my monthly payments are very affordable. Now I have this really nice vehicle that without Jake, Dell and Sean, would have never happened. Thank you guys, your the best!!!!!!!

My Experience with buy a car a Jannell Ford - petergt350
I have to say that my experience with buying a new car with Jannell Ford was exceptionally wonderful. Here what’s I mean – On April 8, 2018 I was searching the internet looking for a Black Ford Mustang 2018 GT350/Shelby car. Jannell Ford, was the only Ford Dealership within 50 mile radius that have this car. On “cars.com” I made a vehicle inquiry, asking if the above vehicle was still available. The next morning April 9th, I received an email from Janice Loud and Mike Kinney stating that the vehicle is available.
On April 10th I went to Jannell to meet with Mike Kinney, as well as look at the car. I was so impress with Mike Kinney, and of course the beautiful Mustang GT350, I put a deposit on the car. Buying a new car in the past have not always been a good experience for me. I’ve always felt like I’m being taking advantage of. For some reason I felt comfortable with the folks at Jannell Ford. On April 13th I went back to Jannell Ford and drove away with that beautiful Mustang.
I would also state that the folks in Finance, Joanne and Kathy worked with me closely on getting finance for the car. They call and updated me on different financial options that was available.
Over all, my overall experience with Jannell Ford was and continue to be excellent.

Bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from a salesman named Ken.. Awesome guy and I love the truck... I had also purchased a high end warranty for roughly $3000.00.. I bought the truck in for service because it had a few problems I was concerned about.. 3 times in a row they let my truck sit there and did not work on it at all, the third time they broke my windshield... All days they called at 3:30 pm to say they did not touch the truck. I work out of this truck and lost 3 days of work.. The last time, the 4th, they had it for 2 days and the things they fixed do not work... Horrible service department.. The manager Al should be fired for incompetence..

Agreed to buy a car on a Saturday, and pick up on Tuesday; however on Monday the salesman informed us that the title was still with the previous bank - and would take a week to be sent. From this point on, he would not answer calls, only communicate through text (which were barley literate). Sales manager was rude and deaf, he did not care if we bought the car or not, and would not listen to a word I said, only inturrupted me and told me they couldn’t do any more. They consistently sent the wrong paper work at every junction, and several times it was incorrectly filled out. There consolation offer was less than 0.9% of the sale price, and again, they didn’t care to make this process easy at any point. A truly horrific experience.

I had called about my driver's side mirror, and spent an additional $40 and I was assured that the mirror color would match the color of my car. It didn't, it is flat black, not red. I even spent the money to have it installed. About $500 later, my mirror does not match my car. They will not rectify the situation, I was told I have to spend more time and money to have it sent to a body shop. Highly disappointed.

Traded in my Escape for a Ford Focus. Five times in four years I had recall issues with this car. When I asked what I could get for a trade in on the car, I was asked “how much are you willing to spend”. This is why Ford has a class action lawsuit that is pending! Stay away!

My experience at Bay State Ford in South Easton MA was great. Everyone there was friendly, the place was nice and clean, and Chuck Jones was great. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well.
