Manager Rick was fair with our trade negotiations, but not the price we needed for a car we purchased there 4 years ago.
Ahmed, our client relations person, was very friendly. Only 42 days at this store he was somewhat knowledgeable and eager to get answers we needed. No pressure or cheap tactics, although we went in with a specific vehicle to buy.
Over an hour wait to meet with finance. This needs to be quicker. Only used there finance because they don't hold vehicles unless paid in full. So if you want to use your bank or credit union, come with a check or be prepared to refinance. Brian was swift with knocking out the paperwork.
We pick up this week, let's see if the pick up process is better than last time....
My reason for not 5 stars
Waiting time. Long wait at sales desk and to get into finance.
Not paying trade amount we needed, $500 more is all we asked....

Good experience doing something I do not enjoy doing - buying a vehicle. Buying a car involves too much price haggling for my taste, but Charlie is a pleasant guy to buy a car from even if I have no idea what the man behind the curtain (sales manager) may be doing with the price of the used vehicle, the value of my trade-in, or the financing package. Someday, dealerships will be more transparent with their pricing, like Carmax.

Great experience with Tim Mitchell in sales and the financing department. Second vehicle purchased by us at Bay State Ford. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful with my wife understanding all the options and syncing her phone the day we picked up the vehicle. Tim also made a follow up call the next day letting us know if there are any questions and if we needed anything for us to contact him or stop by.

I recently visited this dealership during my new vehicle search. The staff was very friendly and non-pushy. Some dealerships won’t let you walk out of the door without pushing you to do a test drive. I still am not sure if I will be purchasing a Ford, but if I do then I will be buying from Muzi.

I worked with Mike O’Brien and Sam over course of two visits. There was no pressure to buy; the experience was all about finding a car that suited me. While I didn’t find a car I liked during the first visit, my experience was so positive that I knew I had to come back. I did not even consider any other dealerships. I ended up buying a Focus. No pushing features on me, no hard selling warranties, just giving me what I wanted. Watertown Ford understands the customer and the value of creating a relationship with the customer. One last thing that demonstrates Watertown Ford’s generosity; as I had no car, I walked two miles to the dealership. They gave me a ride home and then delivered the car to my door a week later. I really appreciated it.

I buy new vehicles online, I do not enjoy going to dealers and there is nothing worse than dealing with a poor excuse of a car salesman and greedy dealer mentality. I reached out online to to make a deal on a $85K Super Duty, I was basically shrugged off and told to "Keep in Touch" with no effort on their part to make a deal. Was considering trading in my 18' Raptor ($74.5 MSRP with $6k in extras) and wanted to get a fair trade-in value on a $80k new vehicle purchased a few months back, not here I was told they sell them new for less!?!?! Really, you sell new Ford Raptors $5k under MSRP with $6k in extras? I guess I should have purchased here! lol... BS! Every Raptor on there site is listed over MSRP. Beware buyers, do your homework before reaching out to this dealer and avoid this sales associate Tusani Parague.

Was seeking a used car... after some emails back and forth, they send me link to an application for me to fill out and after doing so, completely ignored me despite telling me someone would call me within minutes. Nothing, then these bums ran my credit for a new ford via FORD CREDIT, without my approval. BBB report next.

My experience at Bay State Ford in South Easton MA was great. Everyone there was friendly, the place was nice and clean, and Chuck Jones was great. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well.
