When I went in to the dealership I was greeted by Charlie and Janice they were very attentive listen to what I needed and introduced me to Mike Kinney the salesman I told Mike I would like to trade in 2 cars on a new vehicle he showed me three vehicles I selected a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium we went for a test drive and Mike was very good about answering all the questions I asked him during the test drive and even more knowledgeable when we got back to the dealership and he showed me all of the features that I didn't realize that I was getting and show me how to use them and spend a lot of time on the safety features which impress me quite a bit we settled on a deal and later that day I spoke with Kathy who was in the finance area she was well experience in a job friendly attentive to questions and we were in and out of there very quickly and professionally treated for that reason I would definitely recommend Janelle two friends and folks I know that may be needing cars or service in the future thank you

I had a great experience buying a used F-150 Lariat from Muzi. I was impressed with Tim Duffy's seemingly limitless knowledge of Ford trucks. He helped me decide on a great used Lariat. I then spoke to Scott in the finance department to figure out the best payment plan for me. He was very personable and caring of my financial needs. I can attest to several of the reviews I have seen on the wonderful customer service at Muzi! I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle!

We drove 2 hours, from NH, to look at a 2011 Expedition. The young man who assisted us was It was perfect and made an offer. The offer was not accepted so we left only to be emailed 1/2 way home with a counter offer. When we contacted the Sales Manager we let him know how unimpressed we were that we had to leave before even being provided a counter offer. We came to an agreement on the price, but explained that due our business schedule and the 2 hour drive, it would be very difficult to get back to Watertown to take care of purchase. Arrangements were made for the car to be brought to us! We handled a few things over the phone and by email and then my "new to me" vehicle was brought to my door!

60,000 mile service & new tires on 2014 Explorer (CPO Purchase at Jack Madden) - Researched best tires for my needs & JM installed with best price. No charge for 4-wheel alignment because vehicle was "perfect" when checked. Service has always been timely and reasonable cost. Other dealerships (not Ford) have attempted cheating me in the past to charge for repairs & parts not needed.

I went to Quirk Ford to look at some trucks. Mike Travers asked me if I needed any help and showed me some new F-150s. Unfortunately, the brand new trucks were out of my price range. But, Mike found a quality, certified used pickup truck with low mileage that was within my price range. He did not pressure me at all. But, he was able to get me a deal that I just couldn't turn down. I also worked with Antoine Jamison and Chris Cannavo and they were also a pleasure to deal with. Everybody knows that you can get the best deals at Quirk Ford and this buying experience is just another reason why it's true.

I had called about my driver's side mirror, and spent an additional $40 and I was assured that the mirror color would match the color of my car. It didn't, it is flat black, not red. I even spent the money to have it installed. About $500 later, my mirror does not match my car. They will not rectify the situation, I was told I have to spend more time and money to have it sent to a body shop. Highly disappointed.

Beware of false pretenses at Grieco Ford!
I visited the dealership a few weeks ago and was unable to get a deal to work, being a little off my budget; these things happen, I get it.
Yesterday I receive a voicemail from them stating "my vehicle is an exact make and model they really need" and wanted to see if they "could buy it as I'm eligible for a double down trade event" and "there are huge discounts to get me into a new model" - these quotes are taken directly from the voicemail that I still have. So today I called them and was told that 'the offer was real' as they had been doing really well on the luxury vehicle pre-owned market and really wanted my car. I was also told that they have a new pre-owned manager who could do better deals than the last guy and they were confident they could fill the gap with my trade to get me to my budget on an equivalent vehicle to the one I was looking at before. During a second call later in the day I was told "please bring your vehicle in as the new guy really wants to look at it". So I do the 50 mile (one way) drive, met the sales guy I dealt with before, look around the lot and identify a couple of vehicles I'm potentially interested in. The whole time I didn't see anyone looking at my car. We go back in the showroom and the usual games of salesperson talking to manager start. After a while (during which time still nobody goes to look at my car) I'm told my car is worth $4000 less that it was valued at just over a month ago and the new vehicle 'couldn't be discounted by much'. They then give me the difference between my trade and the new vehicle which was $6000 higher than a month ago; against a same priced vehicle as the one I wanted to buy a month ago.
I asked for my keys and left... with no acknowledgment from the management. Later I called the guy that I dealt with to express my disappointment and frustration of being invited to the dealership under what I felt to be, false pretenses; especially as they had all my information on file so they knew what they had offered me last time. I asked him to pass on my comments to his management and extended an invite for them to call me to discuss why they feel deceiving people this way is satisfactory; guess what..., no phone call from the management!!
So, be cautious when dealing with Grieco..., what they say and what they do aren't necessarily the same thing! Don't fall into the trap I did by being deceived and wasting your time with this dealer; go somewhere else... it's not like there aren't plenty of Ford dealerships around!!

My experience at Bay State Ford in South Easton MA was great. Everyone there was friendly, the place was nice and clean, and Chuck Jones was great. He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well.
