Great service despite a problem - Malibu
I recently brought in a 2010 Malibu for new brakes. During the service, the Commonwealth crew noticed that my headlight had lost hermiticity so that it would not pass inspection. They ordered another one which was mistakenly shipped to another recipient. Guy from Commonwealth kept me aware of the status of the issue over a two day period so despite that I have to bring the car back when the new headlight arrives, I am very satisfied with the service.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Colonial Chevy in Acton. A year ago I had what might be described as a flawless purchase of my vehicle here. More recently I worked with the body shop. My car had some minor paint damage. Jen T. was easy to work with. She arranged the paint repair, which was completed faster than I ever anticipated it might be, the price was more reasonable than I could have hoped for, and best of all my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened.

I recently bought a 2019 Equinox because I enjoyed my 2015 and I wanted more safety features since I am the only driver. I purchased the extended warranty for my Avalanche truck from Pascal Lizaire (finance manager) and I am here to service my car, my service advisor is Mike Miccichie. I was very upset that the issues with my truck arent covered by the warranty that i bought, but Mr. Pascal handled it professionally with his honest and dignity. He makes sure i get a full refund on the same day, he is a great and very very honest guy, Mike Miccichie even remebers my name after awhile and he sincerely helps me with everything i need, he is very cheerful and professional. I will definetly come back and recommend this dealership to everyone i lnow. These two guys are asset to this company.

After having many different mechanics try to fix my A/C on my Tucson I did some research and found that Mirak Hyundi service may be able to help. I made my appointment online and show up to the service center at the appropriate time. It seemed that they were a little short handed that day and the service advisor I was scheduled to see was with a customer. At that time the Service Manager Kevin Gilmore informed me that he would take care of me and took my information on why my car was brought into the shop. Later that afternoon I spoke with Kevin and he told me they found the problem with my A/C but would need to order parts. I returned after the parts we in and the car was fixed. Kevin and his A/C technician were fantastic through the whole process. This is the way car dealership service departments are supposed to operate. A wonderful experience with knowledgeable people who carenjoy about you as a customer !!!

The "engine" light went on in my car. I called and spoke with Josh Claflin and my service needs were addressed immediately. A car loaned to me so I was not inconvenienced. The repair was done that day and I was able to pick it up that afternoon.

The team at Deluca usually does a good job - we’ve had our Acadia for 10 years and 170,000 miles and have serviced our vehicle exclusively at Deluca for the last 9 Years. Generally we’ve been very happy with the service. The car isn’t as reliable as a Honda or a Toyota but service experience generally is good to very good. This last visit I brought the car in for a issue that I unfortunately need to return for which is difficult given my work schedule. I’m sure they will address issue to satisfaction - they always do. Just inconvenient this time.

My experience at the Quirk Chevrolet Service center WELL exceeded my expectations. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, they got me right in without an appointment, and the wait time was very limited. If you are given the opportunity to work with Benjamin Walsh, take it. He is awesome to work with.
"Honed" - Disappointed
My vehicle was transported to Woodworth Chevrolet with a engine problem. The service department told me that the engine block was cracked and that my Corvette Z06 needed a new engine. With the warranty expired I was informed the repair cost would be fifteen thousand dollars.($15,000) Sick over the loss I sold the vehicle to the dealership. About one year later a service person slipped up and told me that the engine that was in my former car was sent out to be "honed". The engine block was not cracked, as it was sent out to be machined. The engine cylinders were scratched when the intake or exhaust valves fell inside the combustion chambers. I have come to understand that defective valve seals is a common problem with LS7 engines. GM/Chevrolet has done nothing to correct this problem. I trusted these people and they took advantage of me. Be very careful when doing business with these people I lost twenty thousand dollars over this unfortunate situation,

Do not go here these guys will charge you $139 just for looking at your car and telling you whats wrong with it. My wife brought her car here and they charge her $139 for just telling her the radiator hose was leaking which what we was expecting since the coolant level was low after a refill. $139 for just 10 minutes of your time is ridiculous. They wanted another $340 to fix the leak which was just replace a cheap plastic hose we went somewhere else and had the work done for $80.

I Called to make an appointment for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 for an issue with the GPS and on star not having signal. Made an appointment a few days prior for a 3 PM diagnostic visit which I was going to pay out of my pocket not under warranty. I work an hour away and had to notify my work that I would be leaving and hour early and using vacation time to make this appointment only to find that when I showed up they could not take me because they were too busy even though I scheduled an appointment. They offered to leave my truck which I cannot do And can look at it the next day at their convenience not mine.

I have a brand new 2017 KIA Sorrento. The front bumper was scratched up. I took it to Quirk because it was new. They told me they would need to take it apart first. They would not order parts in advance. The insurance company looked at it and said there was no damage. The bumper skin needed to be replace. Quick told me 14 days plus before getting the car back. Boch Collision looked at the car and saw no damage either but a bumper skin. They ordered the bumper skin. It took 1 day. Took it apart and saw no damage. It took 5 days to get my car back.

I took my 2015 BMW 320 Xi to Woburn Foreign Auto Body in Woburn, MA on 10/17. I had minimal damage (some scuffs on the bumper, and a chipped tail light) I was quoted $1400. When I brought it in they said the bumper may need to be replaced because it could have broken clips. Well sure enough they said it needed a new bumper. The final invoice was over $2k.
I got my car back on 10/20 and there were issues with the work they did. The body lines weren’t the same on both sides (very tight on the passenger side) the corners weren't sanded, buffed, and painted, there were chips in the paint around the back-up sensors, and it was rough feeling under the reflectors (not enough paint and no clear coat at all)
I took it back on Monday 10/24 and I got it back last night 10/25 and there's still issues. I have bumps in the paint beneath the reflectors, the body lines are still the same, and the corners weren’t sanded, buffed, and painted. My car looks like a Macco job!
My car was parked when it was hit by a Uhaul truck backing up. Uhauls insurance is Repwest and payment was already issued to the shop. I wish I had gone straight to BMW to begin with, after all I had nothing to lose, but I was referred by a friend who had his BMW side swiped and he spoke highly of WFAB.
I should also mention that both times no one from WFAB went outside with me to inspect my car, show me what they had done to fix the car. My car was backed into a space up against the brick building so I couldn’t even see the work until I got home.
I contacted my insurance company because they may be able to get involved. Woburn Foreign Auto Body did a xxxxty job, not ONCE, but TWICE! I'm not going back there and I may contact the attorney general. I went a total of 7 days without my car and it's still not fixed properly. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place. Bob Winters has xxxxty people in his shop, and they do a hack job! I wish I could post pictures.

I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Watertown for a while and then I switched just for minor tune up to Ishkan's Bazarian Motors thanks to my friend's recommendation, who is a car enthusiast. Since then, I never took my car to Lexus of Watertown again. Now, I pay between 50 to 70 percent less than I was paying at my dealership and get the same (or even better) service - the only thing I miss is the nice coffee machine and leather seats:)
I love my experience at this little shop - first, I knew I am not being screwed, second, I was getting superb service and third, my service finally got more personal. Ishkan is really friendly, trying to always help out anyway possible. Once, I had two flat tires after going over a huge stone on I-85 north at night and just towed my car to his place and left him voice-mail on his phone that night. I knew my car was all set, hassles free - and yes it was! He called me the next day and found really good replacements for the tires. I could never get this kind of service from my Lexus dealership. Although, I moved from Waltham to Wellesley, I still go to service my car here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I WENT TO ELITE AUTO SALES IN ABINGTON,MA ON 8/15/08 TO SIGN OFF ON SOME PAPERWORK ON A MATTER THAT WAS ALREADY SETTLED WITH THE OWNER. WHEN I WENT IN I WAS TREATED WITH THE UTMOST DISRESPECT. THE SALESMAN THERE PROCEEDED TO SWEAR AND USE VERY STRONG VULGER LANGUAGE TOWARDS ME IN FRONT OF MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. I AM A MARRIED MOTHER OF THREE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. IF THESE ARE THE KIND OF EMPLOYEES THAT ELITE AUTO EMPLOYS THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THEM. I have been here 3 times and they did a good job taking care of my car. Two rear-enders and one side-swipe and they brought my car back to showroom condition and with OEM parts. They even buffed my car and made it shine like new.
Outstanding Customer Service - jomtoro
An issue arose with my OnStar Module and Battery Pack. After discussion with the Service Manager and Service Consultant my cost for the module was waived due to a design change. As an extended courtesy my oil change cost was also waived. I've always had good experiences at Lannan ever since I purchased my 2011 Chevy Impala there.
