I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup. I was disappointed that there was little room for negotiation on the price, but I understood why. Since the truck was Toyota certified, many repairs had been made to this low mileage vehicle, including new front brakes and four new tires. Even so, I walked away without making a deal. During the next two hours while I looked at trucks at other dealerships, this salesman put in the extra effort to make his offer more appealing. I returned to the dealership and we came to an agreement on the purchase. More importantly, I felt like I was working with a friend and not a car salesman.

One suggestion I would make is to reduce the number of email reminders sent that service was due and the Toyota Care program was expiring. An estimate of how long the service would take would be helpful as well.

The staff was patient and not overbearing. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know the answer they found someone that did. I went to them knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to find a vehicle that was not on their lot with those specs. I asked a lot of questions about options and packages and they guided me through what was available and what was very cost prohibitive but possible. They seem to do a lot of footwork just to find all the options I had asked about without any hesitation or complaint. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer as years go by.

I requested an internet quote from this dealer and a few others in my region for a new Corolla. Sweenda Jeanbart got back to me promptly with a quote well under my local dealer's out the door price. I gave my local dealer the opportunity to get close to the price, they couldn't. Local dealer warned me this could be a bait and switch or I would be forced to buy extras to get the offered car price if I make the drive.
I drove the 150 miles on Memorial day, met with George Andrikidis in sales, test drove the car. Then met with Manny Ferreira in finance (no pressure tactics to buy extras) and paid exactly the agreed upon price for the car. Sweenda also made her way out to say hi during my visit. It only took 1.5 hours and it was done.
I couldn't take the car since I lived in another state, they agreed to drive it to meet me at my local DMV office to take care of registration/taxes with me.
Sarkis Shamshoyan coordinated the delivery of the car to my local DMV.
Two days later I met a great retired gentlemen Harry who drove the car to my local DMV, we went through the paperwork and the car was mine.
No issues what so ever with the process and well worth the savings compared to the local dealer.

Very impressed with this dealer. I had recently been in an accident where it wasn't my fault but my car was totaled. When I was younger I didn't take credit seriously and was worried this was going to stop me from being able to get a decent car. I walked into this dealer to be greetly warmly by Chris McLoughlin, right away I explained to him my worry about my credit and he confidently invited me in. He explained the process and since they were a corporate dealership they had a list of dozens of banks to choose from. He had asked me some questions about my old car, my life and tried to get to know me a little. Next he brought this cute 2012 Toyota Corolla. I immediately fell in love with everything about the car. I looked down and saw only 57k on the dash I never had a car with that low mileage. He was easy going about where I could test drive the car and gave me the freedom to choose where and even was calm when I was taking sharp turns in a parking lot just trying to find SOMETHING wrong with this perfect car. We got back to the dealership and now the hard part began. I gave him all of my info, we were offered water and we waited. Like something out of a movie he came back with an approval and a monthly rate that was something I could afford! I couldn't believe it! The whole staff was smiles and courteous, there was complimentary coffee that was actually really good. The finance manager Farouk Hassan was also amazing and explained everything, no hidden anything. I have always gone to little auto sales places because of how bad my credit is and that's a common misconception among people. Try out a big dealership like this, you might actually be surprised and I promise you'll be treated like first class. Not to mention I noticed something wrong with the starter and they did not hesitate to help and fix the issue. Very impressed and satisfied, thank you guys!! You have a customer for life, I won't buy cars anywhere else!

Worst experience at GREICO Toyota in East Providence!! - Jread33
We just had the worst experience at GREICO Toyota in East Providence, Rhode Island!! On this past Thursday afternoon my husband signed papers to purchase a Toyota CHR and he traded in his old car. He did a test drive of the car prior to this and felt the car would be fine for him as he has chronic back issues and the seat of the car was especially important to him. By Sunday morning he was in serious pain and realized that the car was not going to work out. Due to a miscommunication, possibly on our part, we thought that the dealership was closed on Sunday. We reached out to the finance company and AAA on Sunday and left messages about our dilemma. On Monday my husband went to GREICO and spoke to the sales person and also to the Sales Manger on duty and he was basically told that “the car was ours and it was a done deal, the car was not sellable at the price we paid because it was considered used”. At this point it had approximately 100 miles on it. One of the reasons why they said it was a “done deal” was because the car we traded in was already off the lot. (Prior to this he received calls from the finance company and AAA and both stated that they didn’t think this would be an issue as these types of things happen often.) He called Toyota Corporate HQ of NE in Boston on Monday and they said people change their mind sometimes and it happens. They seemed very surprised that Greico would not take the car back. A case number was assigned and they said they would get back to him in 1-2 days. We have never heard back. We have lost Thousands of Dollars on this, as we had to trade the brand new CHR, which had approximately 150 miles on it, and get a new car from another Brand, not Toyota. Just a side note “We have purchased 4 cars from this Dealership when it was FOX Toyota. “!!

What can I say about Lexington Toyota , sales , service departments.. I have been doing business with them for quite a while. I owe it to them to describe my service visit with them.
I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor by the name of " John" was so helpful and courteous, so professional . He understood that I was in a hurry , I was in n out in 40 minutes. To make my visit there extra special Mr. George Grey III had my car washed and vacuumed. I will NEVER , EVER buy a car from any other dealer , also encourage all friends and family to go there. And yes it is 3 cars later. I strongly encourage anyone , everyone to go there.

I purchased a used car here back in April and the sale went okay until they sent me to the finance guy Abed. He kept pushing to sell me the Toyota extended warranty and was telling me it was only $20 more per month. That sounded pretty low so okay. Well when I saw what I really paid it was a xxxx of a lot more. When I signed all the papers he hid the sales agreement that had all the figures on it as i signed it. Then quickly folded everything up and placed everything in the envelope. After I got home i was looking it all over and noticed I was paying well over $2500 for the warranty plus $700 for a tire warranty that I told him I didn't want. Make sure you see what your really paying before you leave this place. Don't believe them. They play numbers games to make things sound cheaper then they are. I wont go here again because they are shady. Buying a car should be a fun experience but they made me feel like i was robbed. I was able to get Toyota to cancel the warranty but it was a bad feeling until I received the refund.
