Our 2017 Sienna was recently totaled in an accident. I was hit at high speed while stopped, and the interior of the vehicle held up so well that I vowed to own a Sienna as long as I am driving my children around. So we just purchased our second Sienna within 15 months from Acton Toyota. The timing was not great for us and we had very limited availability. Steve Kiviat worked to get us into a new Sienna very quickly and accommodated us so that we could pick it up at a convenient time. My experience purchasing the first Sienna and the subsequent experiences during routine services is why I went back to this dealership, and my experience this time is why I will stay with this dealership.

I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota’s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that’s not practical for the client just because it’s more expensive. I recently bought a used 2015 Rav4 from Boch Toyota, Mark Nelson was my Sales Representative. Mark assisted with electronic settings including Bluetooth. After a recent oil change, for some reason my Bluetooth connection was knocked out, can't explain it, all preset radio stations were okay, no other electronic issue, but Bluetooth was not working and I couldn't figure out how to reset. I called Mark and he offered that I stop by or call him up and he would talk me through it. I stopped by Boch Toyota South the other day and Mark took care of me. I am not surprised as Mark is a great guy, but I bought a used car and thought Mark might say "Who are you", but that was to the case.
I previously bought my 2006 Highlander Hybrid from Boch Toyota South, at their previous location - before they built their current Taj Mahal. That Toyota gave over 280,000 miles until I traded it in last year for this 2015 used Rav4. With my experience with the 2006 Highlander, going back to Boch was a no brainer, why mess with success.

Was hearing a noise under the hood thought it had something to do with ac. Had it checked found it was the alternator. Had extended coverage so Jon Medeiros did the leg work calling the company, getting the inspector to come to Toyota of Dartmouth to check the car b4 work could be done. I was so excited to get my new car until 4 car payments later I was told from a different dealer that I need new brakes. Took it to Smithfield Toyota because that is where I bought it and they wanted me to pay 300 dollars for new brakes and rotors. I was so upset and disappointed that I left. My mechanic will do the brakes and I will never buy a car from them again. Very disappointed

I took my car for an oil change last week and noticed that every customer that came for a service ended up in the repair area with a list of problems they discovered. Amazing everyone had at least 2 to 3 problems Toyota Lexington has discovered. Even on my car that has less than 60K a pump to replace brakes to redo. When asked about looking at the brakes they said we recommend doing them early, I see...
Looks like they will create problems if you do not have them...
