From the reception to the service writers, parts... - GCL68
From the reception to the service writers, parts department personnel, all provide excellent service. I had the first appointment at 0700 hours. I arrived ten minutes early to find a few other customers awaiting service also; all were treated well.
The cost of two puddle lights for my pick up was $135.00 and even the technician that worked on my vehicle thought that was too expensive. I had my control module cleared and the two puddle lights installed. The labor to install two lights the size of a U.S. quarter and reset the module was over $280.00! Researching the Ford online blogs, other only paid $100.00 in labor to have the module cleared. Now, I was told I could get my truck washed at anytime and for $415.00 parts and labor, I plan on have my truck washed twice per week to make up the ridiculous price I was charged. I deducted one star simply due to the service charge.

I had a Great experience at Tasca Ford in Seekonk. Steve’s no pressure approach was refreshing. Steve was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Having the opportunity to take the vehicle overnight to test drive really enhanced the experience for me and my family and ultimately Really helped make the decision to purchase. This dealership is over an hour and fifteen minutes from my house and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to take the drive again when it’s time for my next purchase. Thanks again to Steve, Phil and the whole team at Tasca Ford Mazda of Seekonk!

Very satisfied with the whole buying experience. We knew what we wanted for a new vehicle and what we wanted for our trade and that is exactly what we got. Our time wasn't wasted running back and forth trying to make a deal. Neil was very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen Atlas and was able to answer all our questions.

Our buying experience at Flood Ford East Greenwich was very positive. Michelle Fontaine, Internet Manager, responded to my requests quickly and efficiently. She arranged an appointment for me immediately (while I was enroute to the dealership) as well as having a vehicle available upon my arrival to test drive. My salesman, John Derobbio, was professional and very much respectful to our requests. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. The subsequent buying process was easy and stress free. I highly recommend this team if looking for a fair price for a Ford.

I bought my current Ford Fiesta from Imperial Ford. David Bertulli, my sales rep, made the process of buying a vehicle an easy one. I will be going back there in the future. Out of the three vehicles I've purchased, my Ford is the best vehicle I've driven so far.

Went through 10 different Kia dealerships in 3 states and by far Columbia Ford/Kia was the best. Starting with the sales staff, Andy Caldwell to the GM, Eric Gates all were very helpful with selecting, ordering and buying the exact car that i wanted and at a price that beat all other dealerships. Thank you guys.

Stopped in Nov 7th to look at any beetles and jeeps.... - shopkins21
Stopped in Nov 7th to look at any beetles and jeeps. Just so happened a nice young man Nick came out to help us. He not only had us test drive a hard top beetle he found one for me. Same day he called and my husband and I went back for a test drive. Nick and John gave us the time we needed to make our decision to purchase the Volkswagen beetle bug with little pressure. Nick is relatively new with Valenti but his care and patience as well as his professional behavior was a welcome change from the usual car dealerships. We are very pleased with Nick and John and a huge thank you to Nick for all of his help.
I've got to say that shopping for a car is one of my... - r_krawetz
I've got to say that shopping for a car is one of my least favorite things to do. However, between Matt, Danny and especially Dave over at Putnam Ford they made it easy and actually somewhat fun. No stress, no long waits, no run around. Even being a little credit challenged I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted at a fair price without the needless back and forth. Whenever my next vehicle purchase is Putnam Ford it will be the first place that I go!
Edit! Okay, so maybe it won't be the first place I go. The service department??? I have had a few issues with the vehicle since purchase. Now I have had to drive back and forth to the dealership 4 times. Seatbelt stuck, outlets not working two visits and this last time was due to failing MA inspection for the hazard lights not working. Back and forth, back and forth. I asked service department about a vibration when on the highway, they say the tires need to be balanced but I will need to pay for it. I know it's a used car but I got it 2 weeks ago. You can't cover a tire balancing?
Another edit! Basically I have had this vehicle 3 weeks. Started it up two days ago and its beeping at me telling me I need an oil change. Driven less than 800 miles and I need an oil change? Hop in yesterday take a right hand turn and now it sounds like I have the wheel of fortune under the hood. Definitely not having a good experience. Long story short, sales good. Service not so much.

Couldn't be bothered - Beyond irate
One star rating only because I can't choose no stars. Unbelievably horrible experience. I purchased new $65,000.00 2019 F250 Lariat crew cab in July from a dealer in Massachusetts. It has 3,700 miles. I'm hearing what could be a knock from the lower engine. I went to this dealer because they are local to where I work and wanted to give this smaller dealer an opportunity to service my truck in the future. All of this was stated to them when I arrived. Here's how I was received...…..First, no one could be bothered to even listen to the engine. Second, I was told (in a dismissive manner) BY THE PRESIDENT, STEVE BOWEN "If the engine is knocking and needs to be replaced we would send you back to the dealer you bought it from because we don't make any money on engine replacements and if I wanted someone to look at the truck to diagnose the knock to schedule an appointment in a week or two". This is their idea of Ford customer service. What a joke! I've contacted Ford directly an open a case to document my experience with this dealer.

Every Dealer Should Be Like This! - CarGuy2018
I came in for a service concern on my 2005 Escape. She has always been good to me and I knew the time was coming close with over 200,000 miles on her. I soon learned the bad news and the repair bill was going to be huge. Joe, one of the salesman there, heard of my concerns and offered to work out some numbers on a new or pre-owned vehicle. I told him I always buy new vehicles and he sat me down, took all of my information, and offered to show me different vehicles to see what fit me best. I really liked the new Escapes: packed with features, super comfortable to drive, and tons of interior room for what they call a "compact" SUV. We went on a test drive in the Titanium and the ride couldn't have been smoother. Quick acceleration and silky smooth on the highway. We got back to the dealer and I told him I was interested and wasn't expecting to get much out of my little Escape due to the age, mileage, and current estimated repair costs, but he told me he would get me as much money as he could all things considered. He then offered me a nice hot cup of coffee while his manager took a look at my car. He came back with a fair offer all things considered and I decided to go forward and buy the car. His manager (Kevin I believe), even came out to personally thank me for my business. We talked a little bit and he told me he's been there for a long time and seemed to truly enjoy what he does. In my experience in purchasing vehicles over the past 35 years, he was one of the friendliest and personable managers I have ever met. I then met Gary in Finance who made the paperwork very simple and transparent. He answered all my questions completely and honestly and was even kind enough to explain warranty provisions and optional extended contracts for complete piece of mind where I keep my vehicles so long. I was then greeted by Joe again who took over an hour and a half explaining EVERYTHING in the vehicle and even setting up my phone so I can start my car from it! I was amazed! Now coming from a 2005 and not having a clue what half of the features were was confusing enough, but Joe took the time to answer all of my questions and never got frustrated. He even invited me back to go over it again if I had any concerns! Overall the entire process was painless and straightforward. I never once got the impression I was being taken as I have felt at other places in the past with fast-talkers and poor service after the sale. This place truly cares about their customers and I will not hesitate to come back again (perhaps even sooner than last time) for all future vehicles and of course service! Thank you again!
Horrible Dealership, Bad Customer Service, Bad Management!! - Kidwave22
They are the worst dealership that i have ever worked with in my entire life. They pressured me intimidated me into signing a contract asking for more money. They gave me the car but won’t give me my Registration and new plates until I pay them the rest of the money that I couldn’t give them. They are sleez bags a scam artist who only want your money. I advise everyone steer away from this dealership. They are the worst and didn’t resolve my issue. They didn’t put me, as the customer first. They also never changed my breaks or gave me my detail.
