Javier is my salesman and will be as long as I drive a Toyota. The entire process of purchasing my car was seamless, but that's only the beginning. This dealership cuts no corners when it comes to ensuring the customer's experience is as stress-free as possible. You don't just get a quick "how was your experience?" at the end of the purchase when everything is squared away. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the process made sure to ask if everything was moving along okay and if there was anything else I needed.
I've been getting a lot of crap from another dealership trying to cancel my purchase (because obviously I went with Toyota), and Javier has never been too busy to help verify whether the other dealership's threats are empty or actually have any truth to them. Not only that, but he's been advising me on how he'd handle each situation.
Bottom line: Javier and the rest of the staff I worked with shoot straight, and I suggest any customers reading this do the same.

I have so many positive things to say about my experience here, especially after being treated unfairly at another unrelated dealership. I'll start at the beginning, I first started looking for a car because the transmission went in my previous one so it was unexpected that I would have to look for a new car in the middle of a semester at school & during the holidays. I tried going to the Toyota dealership in Auburn looking for a RAV4 or a Honda CRV in my price range and met Marque, unfortunately at the time they didn't have anything available but kept in touch in emails if anything came up. He honestly let me know that there was one that was a possibility but turned out to be unsafe to drive. So the search continued.
After a couple weeks, I looked at their website again and saw that there were a few cars that I would be interested in and reached out to Marque. Again, he helped me and researched all the possible cars all over New England that would be exactly what I asked for, but they sadly all kept coming up as on hold for other customers. 5 or 6 failed attempts later, and there was finally something available, but was in service when I came to check in. Determined, Marque was able to find one CRV that was available on the spot in the next town over, and rather than waiting and risking someone else buying it the next day, because they were literally going fast, he ended up driving me over to the other Toyota dealership so that I could test drive/bring the car back to Auburn so that I could have first dibs. FINALLY after searching for two months because my 2004 Ford Escape died, I had found the perfect car that was exactly what I could afford to spend on a car, a 2009 Honda CRV with awesome features too. Marque went above and beyond what I expected and made the entire process easy and painless. Given all the unique situations that came up, it was an amazing experience and I have been telling everyone!
I would also like to add that the whole building was under major renovations and every single staff member working there had adapted to the situation amazingly. They were sharing workspaces, using makeshift desk areas, running messages back and forth because the intercoms weren't working yet, using space heaters where needed, and just generally working well as a team through an otherwise difficult situation. It was obvious that they were making the best of it. Also, any time I came in and was waiting around, every staff member kindly asked if I was being taken care of. The customer service from not only Marque, but also Matt, and all the other members who helped with every step of the sale was above expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I live about an hour away from Wellesley Toyota, so my experience with them started out via email. I was interested in a no money down Rav 4 lease that they had advertised on the internet. Andrew Dion emailed me back with the details, and ran my credit application to make sure I qualified for the offer, before going there. He promptly answered all of my questions and let me know that my application was approved. All that was left was to pick a color...it was that easy! We went to the dealership and met Ray Glennon, who helped us through the lease process. It couldn’t have been any easier. Ray explained the leasing process to us and answered all of our questions. I am going into my third lease and by far this was my easiest and smoothest leasing experience. A large part of this is due to Reidar Davies. He listened to not only what I needed in a vehicle but also what I wanted in a vehicle. He was respectful of my budget and I truly feel like I got an amazing deal. He took the time to go over all of my options as far as getting out of my old lease and what I loved most is I wasn’t there all day. It was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. I also was able to drive home that day in my new lease. I can’t say enough positive things about Mr. Davies and his team. They are incredibly lucky to have him. Best dealership I’ve been too. I was helped the minute I walked in and had all questions answered promptly. Everyone was very nice and eager to help in any way possible. I will definitely be going back because of the simple fact that my time was just as important as there’s and that speaks highly to me. I hate waiting and they did not make me wait for anything, the minute they had info on my car I knew it also. Highly recommended.

The office is great. It is larger than the dealer in Lexington. The waiting area is at least 10 times bigger. You can park your car inside the indoor garage to avoid the cold and/or rain. The waiting area has a room for kids. Free coffee and donuts m. Only downside is that the service took 1.5 hrs instead of the regular 1 1/4, but it was worth the extra 15 min of pleasure.

I went to the dealership to check my options, browse around what they have. I met a sales person name Ricky A. who was very decent and courteous to deal with. I told him clearly, I am not here to buy a car today buy yes, very soon, tell me what you have, showed me some options, models what fits into my life style and budget. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and good a listener. That"s what i liked about him. He never put any pressure and force me to buy today.. Unbelievable deal on a new Highlander I would not otherwise have bought, as I would have not been able to afford it. Not much more than a used one would have been, so at that point why not get a new one? So exciting! No back and forth haggling, deal was so good I jumped on it and the sales and finance staff could not have been more helpful and it took little time to buy the car! Went In to look at car I found online guy named Dave beaupre he was the worst salesperson I've seen in over 40 years of car buying he was rude disrespectful and wouldn't show us the car we came in for and every time I'd try to talk he would talk over me and even went as far to talk down about the place he works for told me go head and call my boss I'll be gone anyway??? I only hope no one endures what I went through when trying to spend money which I eventually did but had to drive an extra 30 minutes
