From Steve Skolnick, who helped me choose the blue Rav4 (that I love more every day) to the fellow who helped me at the check-out/financial side--it was so easy. They were pleasant to negotiate with; I feel like I got a fair deal; and I know I bought an excellent car. I would go there again in a heartbeat! And Steve had them bring my car in overnight before I picked it up the next day so that it would be beautiful and sparkling. Very happy new car owner!!

I write this review because my husband and I had a very positive experience with Wellesley Toyota from start to finish. We recently purchased a new home in Natick and needed to buy two cars. I found both Wellesley Toyota and Framingham Toyota (Bernardi), and test drove cars at both sites.
The customer service at Wellesley Toyota is absolutely fantastic. Our sales consultant was Mark, who not only helped us with deciding on car models but also excelled at helping us get the best prices on both models. The sales manager, Shaun, was also hands-on and both Mark and Shaun made a genuine effort to get to know us in person.
I found Mark and Shaun at Wellesley to be knowledgable, kind, and welcoming. When we asked questions by email or text, they always responded!

I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota’s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that’s not practical for the client just because it’s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!

Was hearing a noise under the hood thought it had something to do with ac. Had it checked found it was the alternator. Had extended coverage so Jon Medeiros did the leg work calling the company, getting the inspector to come to Toyota of Dartmouth to check the car b4 work could be done. Jon did all that, kept calling them till they got there & also kept us well informed about what was going on. Jon is a very conscientious and friendly young man who takes his job very seriously. I was so excited to get my new car until 4 car payments later I was told from a different dealer that I need new brakes. Took it to Smithfield Toyota because that is where I bought it and they wanted me to pay 300 dollars for new brakes and rotors. I was so upset and disappointed that I left. My mechanic will do the brakes and I will never buy a car from them again. Very disappointed

I took my car for an oil change last week and noticed that every customer that came for a service ended up in the repair area with a list of problems they discovered. Amazing everyone had at least 2 to 3 problems Toyota Lexington has discovered. Even on my car that has less than 60K a pump to replace brakes to redo. When asked about looking at the brakes they said we recommend doing them early, I see...
Looks like they will create problems if you do not have them...
